Release day items ship via UPS next-day airfreight so they may not end up getting shipped out of the warehouse until later in the day, sometimes not even until late in the evening depending on when the flight out is. Either way, it has no bearing on anything because it's guaranteed to arrive on the day of delivery.

It will fill up almost halfway with about 5-6 big games and some Vita stuff. You will regret not going 32 when you are up to 14 on a 16GB card.

guess on avg itd be about 800mb. you have minis as small as like 4mb and full titles upto 1.8gb (max umd storage) 1 squeenix game topped that by using 2umds.

I handle the marketing for a $1bn oilfield services business.... and I'll tell you this: Brand image is great, essential actually, provided people know what you are trying to communicate and are conversant with it. History it littered with brilliant brand-positioning pieces that did absolutely nothing to move the dial on sales, because the product in question was not understood.

One thing Sony fuck up on time and again is in simply educating people about the product. Not saying you need a 90's ad with a list of bullet pointed features. Simply that you need a compelling way of communicating what's unique.

At best that ad communicates 'Oh look, a new PSP'

To me this feels like the UK PS3 launch ads - which were terrible.

i believe what's out is what's out. the stuff we've got on PSN so far "officially" comes out today. they pushed those up a week for the FEB folks. the rest will be up next week for the true launch

The rest of the February 15th retail titles? I would imagine so. Definitely the remaining Sony and Ubisoft games... would be shocked if UMvC3 & FIFA wasn't there tonight. I could see something like VT4 World Tour getting bumped to next week's PSN update given Sega's apparent delay in getting copies of the game to reviewers. The rest of the launch titles will hit next Tuesday... stuff like Shinobido, Ninja Gaiden, Dynasty Warriors, Katamari, Army Corps of Hell etc.

We should also be getting the SSD DLC and Escape Plan tonight.

If the versions of Rayman Origins, Modnation Racers and Ninja Gaiden Sigma are real ports those are excellent reasons for me to buy Vita since I never played them on PS3. Furthermore, Gravity Rush looks pretty sweet. I'm certain that I'm going to buy Vita over 3DS. However, I'm not sure whether to do it at launch or buy the end of April. You guys think that the Vita will get much better by the end of april?
