those 32gb cards for 40 bucks is sold through Tiger Direct, not from amazon directly. I checked out their site and they don't have the 32gb vita cards (or any other memory cards for the vita) on their site.

Goddamn. I would do this in two seconds but I just got a 16gb, ripped it open and installed everything. No way I'm gonna be able to return it for a refund.

Went to 2 different targets, and it was a bust both times. The first one only had a copy of Dungeon Hunter out, and meh, and the second one kept telling me the sale doesn't start til wednesday. Was being a real jerk about it too. Fuck Target, they pissed me off cuz of the guy's attitude.

I set up a return for my 99 dollar card I bought from Amazon last week just in case this works out.
Just for fun, I ran a comparison between two PSPs and the Vita running a PSP game (I actually own the physical Irregular Hunter X UMD and the DD version of Maverick Hunter so there is no piracy going on here). I must say, the original white PSP looks absolutely dreadful in comparison. The PSP3000 screen is still vivid and features a reasonable contrast ratio, but the older PSP has such a washed out, slow screen. I remember when it was top of the line.
My take is that, while you can see pixelation on Vita as a result of upscaling, it's a very clean 1:1 upscale so there is no pixel corruption. As a result, the actual jaggies appear very much the same as they do on a real PSP only you can't see the actual screen pixel grid. The vibrant colors, high contrast, and faster motion make a world of difference, however, and loading is even faster than memory stick loading from a PSP3000.

Yeah, I'll be returning my $99 card from Amazon if this goes through as well.

Given that Tiger Direct's own site doesn't even carry any Vita memory cards, we probably bought out all their copies of WipEout 2048, and I doubt they're going to go out of their way to get in memory cards to honor their listing error.

Yep, but the final receipt says 32 Gig Vita Memory Card. I'm not worried about being forced to buy Wipeout. Worst case they simply cancel my order. Best case I get 53 dollars off a 32 gig cart.
If anything you guys might get a free WipEout

Yeah, the standard pricing will be around 10% cheaper than retail but it's up to the publishers. I don't think EA or Ubisoft have come to the party yet, I know EA for sure. Fifa is the same price as retail.

I'm glad I applied a screen protector to my Vita, mainly using the touch screen means I've got fingerprints all over the face of the Vita all the time, so I'm frequently wiping it clean - it's too easy to grind some unseen bit of dust into my screen if I don't have a screen protector in place, and with one, I don't have to worry about it - the protector gets scratched and I just replace it... I would recommend everyone get one - it only takes one bad scratch to make you wish you had...
I just finished my first play-through of Uncharted Golden Abyss on Normal and I LOVED IT! This was a great game and a thoroughly impressive handheld experience! This one's going down in the pantheon of great system launch games, I'm certain...
