It's a feature I don't see lasting long to be honest.

5 hours of MHC wasn't really fun to watch, anyway. I got the achievement in like one hour and that was repetitive, so watching someone try to do it for 5x that wasn't my idea of fun. It was okay minimised as a podcast, though.

Edit: And this isn't a "Brad sux" post, I just happen to be fairly decent at CoD. I couldn't do the Geometry Wars one to save my life. 5 hours of any 1 minute sequence isn't going to be fun though.
 
Mile High Club wasn't great to watch, but I god damn LOVE the fact that it exists. I have the whole thing saved in HD to my laptop as testament to Giant Bomb's glory.

Yeah there is something awesome about Brad doing it, but if he doesn't achieve one of his goals (without it being a relatively easy one) then I'm not sure if he'll have the desire to go on.

Who knows!
 
I strongly disagree. I think breaking brad is better than most random pc games, and just behind load our last save and jar as the best subscriber content. The running of the lantern is great and should return, the mile high club was fun as well. Geometry wars we just ok.

Right now, I like the subscriber content just fine. My only suggestions would be s continuation of the ripper playthrough and another episode of the running of the lantern. Oh, and more local multiplayer TNTs like Fortune City.
 
Geometry Wars was better than MHC for sure.

The Lantern Run should DEFINITELY return just for Ryan talking shit about Will all the time. The group dynamic of that feature is great.

It's because it's funny and Will can take the banter.

Usually Ryan being an ass isn't funny, but when it comes to Will you can tell they're in sync and Will takes it on the chin like a sport.

How anyone can sit through any of the long Endurance Runs is beyond me. That is what was so perfect about the Phantasmagoria one. It was short.

I might just have a really short attention span though. None of the Endurance runs have been able to hold my attention besides the Phantasmagoria one.
 
The Lantern Run should have been the catalyst for a new subscriber only feature of those 4 guys going through 4 player games together. I'd fucking LOVE to see them playing some Zelda: FSA.

You should really try to watch it, it is sublime.
As much as I love Dave, there's no better comedy team than Jeff and Vinny.

I've watched/listened to the P4 endurance run more than once...

That said 50%+ of the first one I was playing something at the same time (sometimes P4 I was just ahead of them) and 90% of the 2nd time I was playing something with a bad/no story while I had them going on a 2nd screen+headphones.

I love watching videos where they have four people playing. They seem to be a more relaxed, messing around kind of experience.

Using 4 GBA's and a Gamecube to play, I would love to see them playing FF:CC using that setup.

Sheesh. I don't like using adblock on sites like Giant Bomb, but this doesn't really come under unintrusive advertising. It's animated too, so my browser was slowing down quite badly when it was loading in.

I get some vacation ad banner on top, nothing like what was posted. You'd think they want everyone to get that huge thing.

That's a very good point actually, I'll probably end up getting a membership now. Not that I'm complaining or anything, it's been on my to-do list for a while now, I just totally forgot that I could get rid of ads by signing up!

I'm in the UK and started to get the huge Vita ads about 15 minutes ago. Maybe they have multiple servers and need to update all of them before everyone will see the changes.

It made most of the front page unreadable for me, but that was because I was using the white background theme with the black font, which made everything look like this:

So if anyone else has this problem, just go to the top right and change to the other Giant Bomb theme and it fixes the problem.
 
Goddamn, dat Vita ad. Those guys really shouldn't have made promises about discrete advertising, I can't say I'm not a little disappointed by how incredibly in your face it is. Not to mention it makes the top half of the page unreadable.

Thats not really that bad... If they ever get like "click x to exit" then yeah that would be bad.

weird, that vita promotion must not be in Canada. i logged out and the site looks normal.

...never been a fan of site skins. This isn’t awful like IGN with McDonalds but it still always makes a site look poor, aesthetically.
