Has anyone had the problem where when a hint comes up, you can't close it? Like the touchscreen is not responding at all.

I really don't like the new functionality of the PS button from the newest update, where it's always lit up when it's not on standby.
I often see it lit up while on standby (I guess to fetch data or something?), thinking I have a notification waiting but no.. it's just lit up because it turned standby off for a few seconds. I'm not even sure what it's checking, since I have Messages on Manual fetch, and Near does its autoupdate for me sometime in the AM.

Are people ordering from Amazon UK getting their orders sent in different packages? I have it to be sent as one because I've paid for first class delivery. Wouldn't want to miss out because of that.
My order has an estimated dispatch of 21st Feb but my Bakuman volume also had that same dispatch date and it dispatched this morning.

I had a free trial of Prime over Christmas. I used it a lot but kind of regret using it then. If it wasn't £50 a year I'd have bought a year for the Vita launch but I don't want to spend that on top of the £400 ish I'm spending on Vita :/

It's a JP card from Play Asia. It took over 2 weeks to arrive by registered air mail. Didn't want to risk having to wait for US cards.

The X button is too close to the R stick too. I often accidentally hit the R stick in Wipeout while pressing X.

Assuming you mean a Vita then most likely not. It is different for every game and should say on the box whether it requires a memory card.
Thank god they abandoned a mess called android OS. That fragmented, slow, clumsy OS has no place in gaming world.
Also adapting android basically means they are wide open for hacking attempt.
No you'll need a Vita for that.

Just want to throw out there for anyone still looking for games, Touch My Katamari plays VERY well on the Vita. If the Katamari games are something you enjoy, having one this smooth and enjoyable in your pocket is worth the $30.
On that note, can we have a section in the new |OT| that stays up to date with new/upcoming releases? It'd be kind of awesome to just have to click on said thread and see the releases worth getting excited for (versus scrounging other gaming blogs that I never visit).

I bought another $50 PSN card. Turned on my Vita, I was in a HSG game, I paused it, went to the stored, added my funds, quit the store, and my HSG game resumed exactly where I left it!

Thanks for the review. I ordered one a couple days ago myself but won't get to try it until later this week. A bit concerned about how you said it feels a little loose, but I'll take my chances. I'm sure there'll be other grips that come out in time that best this design, but for now it looks comfortable and sort of doubles as a little extra protection for the system.

It's actually kind of annoying that they do that. Some people using first class will get their shit before Prime users -.-
Also, if my system comes a day late like Resident Evil: Revelations did using "next day delivery" I will be demanding a refund on my Prime subscription.

Couldn't agree more. Specifically Lumines needs to patch in that option.
Amazon doesn't use the US Postal Service for Release Day Delivery. UPS is running today, but it's a Wednesday release which means Amazon won't be shipping until tomorrow anyway. Gives everyone another full day to cancel 3G and add Wifi and then switch back and then switch again, and again and again.

Asking again in new page. Thats two Vita's in a row that I have had that are fucked up. First one had what seemed like a hairline scratch down the left side of the screen. This one freezes up whenever a hint screen pops up.
