i don't think the Lakers get better by trading Blake for felton. Would this mean Fisher still starts, because Fish off the bench would be a disaster.

I'll say what I said before. A year of solid play.
I'm not sure where his full potential lies, but people are aware of him now, so they're on point. Against the middle-of-the-pack guys, won't matter as much. Against the top-tier? Toast. At least for now.
Pretty much, Failton can stay up north.
