Won't your next ban be like perm? I swear you had so many long bans. oh shit, Giants to win every Super Bowl from now on.
Yeah, I've lost a LOT of ban bets over the years. At least 4-5, including the one where I took on the Konex curse and won, but Wellington banned me anyway. BUM! :jakncoke
Sup?

Was that a 3 month ban? You were gone a long time.
I think it was two, but it was two months too long :p.
Welcome back and hey if it works...
It will!
HAHA

I had a feeling your ass was banned during the first run, didn't trust my shitty memory though.
The first run was due to the Mets not making the playoffs and getting banned from OT.
Were you banned during the Linsanity as well?
Yep, posted in GAF NBA IRC room.

It just seems to me that it will be hard for them to bid for Peyton Manning when they have to start out in a salary cap hole. I wonder where they are at now?

Nah, if this number is correct then we are already under the cap just from cutting Levi alone. If all you guys were interested in the Cards I'd break down all the semantics of what we'll likely do but suffice it to say there are multiple players we planned on cutting all along, Bradley's fairly large contract will either be let go or restructured, Kolb would go, and we could restructure our largest contracts like Fitz and Dockett so the money gets spread out more through later years. All but the last we'd have done regardless. If we can come to an agreement with Calais Campbell, we'll save money on that as the first year will be less than the franchise tag we just put on him. I expect that to take a bit longer than the Peyton sweepstakes though. We can get well below the cap.

Texans don't want Manning? Nice! They were the only team I was afraid of. Titans aren't getting him, Miami isn't, so it'd down to us and Denver and I like our chances.

She has now been to five zoos. She loves em. The Phoenix Zoo is especially nice for kids. They have a lot of nice touches (stairs to exhibits, glass barriers instead of concrete so short kids can see, etc) that made it more enjoyable for her.

I don't know if you're asking because you want to go to the zoo, but if so, buy a membership. We have one to the Cincy zoo (my wife and I are huge zoo fans) and not only does it get us in to that place for free, it also gets us half off at just about every other zoo in the country. It's a bargain!

Need to get out of house and with summer coming early I wanted to see if your kid liked it.

Mine are only 13 months though so I was not sure if they were old enough. They love being read to though.

We took my daughter to the zoo the first time at 5 months. Obviously, she got nothing out of it. However, since then we've been a bunch and by the time she was able to walk (so 8 months or so) she has loved it.

Baylor, Mizzou, Syracuse, North Carolina

Who you guys got?

I didn't realize you were there with your family, thought it was just a quick business trip, that's nice! I never knew about zoo membership, I haven't went to them enough times throughout my life. I did make sure to check one out when I was in Australia in 2010 for the exotic animals there. Good times!

Not quite the spectacle I expected. Welcome back Frankman
So it's spectacle you want...

Time for The Return of The Frankman

Oooooooooh, ooooooo-oooo-ooooh,
COME ON...
YE-YEEEEAHHHHH,

Well I tried to tell you so (yes I did),
But I guess you didn't know...
as I said the story goes,
Because now I got the flow...

The ban was crooked from the start,
I had known it in my heart...
So I had to post again,
and show you that I'm real...

(He lied about me)
All those nasty things he said 'bout me,
(He lied about me)
I asked why, I asked why...
(He lied about me)
even though he knew it wasn't true,
(He lied about me)
Yes I cried, yes I cried...

returnofthefrank1a.jpg

Return of The Frankman...
IT IS,
Return of The Frankman...
COME ON,
Return of The Frankman...
OH MY GOD
You know I'll post again...
HERE I AM,

returnofthefrank2a.jpg

Return of The Frankman...
ONCE AGAIN,
Return of The Frankman...
PUMP UP THE WORLD,
Return of The Frankman...
WATCH MY FLOW,
You know I'll post again...
HERE I GO!

returnofthefrank3a.jpg

I'm back up in the Football' game,
Posting facts to keep my swing...
Letting all the people know,
That I'm back to run The Show...
Cause what he did, he knows was wrong,
And all the nasty things he done...
So he should listen carefully,
While I sing my comeback song...

returnofthefrank4a.jpg

(You lied about me)
He never had to go and slander me,
(You lied about me)
But he did, yes he did...
(You lied about me)
Why'd he say I have no empathy,
(You lied about me)
but I do, but I do, do, do...

Return of The Frankman...
Tebow's devout,
Return of The Frankman...
Clayton's routes,
Return of The Frankman...
Rex is fat,
You know I'll post again...
GODDAMN SNACK!

returnofthefrank5a.jpg

Return of The Frankman...
Rapistberger,
Return of The Frankman...
Loves fat girls,
Return of The Frankman...
Tiny hands,
You know I'll post again...

Are the Eagles really in on Mario Williams? Jeff McClane of the Inquirer was saying that he has the same agent as Nnamdi and Adam Schefter supposedly reported on ESPN that the Eagles were interested.

I think people are giving Peyton too much credit. He might of gotten hit in the head one too many times. Going to Arizona to a mediocre team or going to Denver and have that split fanbase since Tebow would be on the bench. SMH. If he wants a superbowl shot, San Fran looks like the best choice now that Texans are out of it.

Lulz at skins/cowboys article complaining bout the punishment. They weren't punished for spending, they were punished for restructures and salary dumps which the nfl said not to do.

Wow, Terrell Thomas got 4 years, $28m ($11m guaranteed) coming off an ACL tear and not playing a down last season. All #s are reportedly legit, no fluff.

Split fanbase... hahhahaahahahhahaaha.

If you want Tebow to start over Manning, you're fucking crazy and not a Broncos fan. Orton is one thing Manning is another. No split there.

He hadn't missed a game until the ACL and arguments can be made he was the best corner on the team when he went down and he was preparing for a break out season. The Giants love him (as evidenced by the contract he received). Also, the reports of his rehab going well and far ahead of schedule are seemingly on point if they are willing to commit..

EDIT: Bet there's plenty of incentives built into that contract, too. Be curious to see the breakdown.

EDIT2: From the dailynews.com:

The deal, which he confirmed in an interview on SiriusXM NFL Radio, contains an option which could get the Giants out of the contract if his knee doesn’t hold up.
Makes sense.

I think you forget that the word "Fan" derives from fanatic. Meaning you need very little "logic or sense" to be swayed a certain way. Tebow fans will be Tebow fans period.

Understandable, but are you rooting for the team or the player? Should always want the most talented player at the position. But like you said logic doesn't always figure into the equation.

well, yeah, he'd have gotten much more than that (probably around what they gave webster) if it weren't for the acl tear.

Pretty impressive wins with Skeleton if you ask me. Plus that victory against the Cowboys was awesome.

It's all good, no one ever wants to give credit to the Cards. Skelton was doing essentially the same shit as Tebow last season, but against more difficult opponents. 3 topics on Sports center ticker about Tebow but not a damn thing about Cards. Even when we beat the Niners who had a whopping 1 or 2 total losses at that point. It's understandable why some don't watch ESPN. You'd think going from 1-6 to 8-8 would be at least a little noteworthy.

Yeah, the whole family was down. Parents, sisters, etc. It was a blast (but also why I never got back to you to get together. sorry)

Garafolo breaks down the option bonus in Terrell Thomas' contract:

http://www.nj.com/giants/index.ssf/2012/03/giants_terrell_thomas_official.html

Thomas, in an interview with SiriusXM NFL Radio moments after signing the deal, said there's $11 million guaranteed in the contract and that there's an option bonus in there. I don't have any information on the guarantees in the deal at this point, but the fact the Giants included an option bonus, as I'd heard they were adamant about, tells me they've protected themselves here because Thomas is coming off his second torn knee ligament.

You see, an option bonus is a way of Jerry Reese getting the "prove-it" kind of deal he loves to secure for players with upside coming off an injury. After that "prove-it" period, if the player is healthy and back to form, the Giants pick up the option and trigger the rest of the contract. A safe bet would be to guess the option bonus is next offseason.

If this all sounds familiar, it's what the Giants did with Shawn Andrews when they signed him in 2010. Andrews signed a six-year, $34.5-million contract with the Giants that had a roster bonus of $3.5 million in the second year. The only guaranteed money in that deal from the jump: $250,000.

I just don't see how anyone would want Perish Cox on their team. I know it's not a league of choir boys, but there are certain crimes I just couldn't stomach as an owner/GM

Dude your team is God Tier. Is that what you want to hear? You are the epitome of a "If we would have" fan. If we would have thrown, if we would have caught, if we would have punted, If we would have got the calls.

Let's look at some of your wins. You beat the powerful Rams twice, the Browns, the Panthers, and Seahawks who ended the year with a combined record of 19 wins and 45 losses.
You did however beat some .500 teams two times! Awesome! (Eagles and Cowboys). And you beat the 49ers by a field goal which is a solid win. But when you look deeper and realize Arizona needed OVERTIME to beat the Rams, Browns, Seahawks not to mention Cowboys. The team could of easily finished 4-12 and not 8-8.

Arizona with Peyton Manning would be on the border of mediocre/good team. I don't know why you think the team is up there with the Patriots, Packers or Giants with Peyton Manning. They simply aren't.

Matrix

LeBron loves his girlfriend. There is no other woman in the world he’d rather have. The problem is, Dwyane’s not a woman.
Vickers cut, guess it's Casey all the way next season.

"Lance Zierlein just tweeted a few minutes ago that the Texans are not even close to a deal with Myers or Mike Brisiel."

WTF are the Texans really doing and Jacoby as of now is still on the f-ing team.

So confused.

Getting rid of the whole team for Mario .... :\ I don't know.
