Wish I could watch both games simultaneously (especially given the former has a Lion and a Viper picked, two heroes that haven't been played much since Dreamhack), but methinks I'm going to stick with CLG versus Darer. Should be a good and aggressive game!
 
This Lina and Sand King lane could really pay dividends for Darer. SK's getting a significant chunk of his Blink Dagger money, and AM is getting virtual free farm.
 
Damn, Darer. Almost seems like that after their great early game, they didn't fully respect CLG's capability to punish mistakes and less-than-perfect positioning. They had what they needed item-wise and forced the wedge into the smallest of breaches.

So there's an alternate build of leveling up his cc first? Or do you just put one point and level up the poison like I have been?

I have only been able to play him against bots, which usually just stand there and let you poison them. No idea if I would be able to hit a good opponent with poison.
 
I've only played him once against bots as well, but staying at one level of Disruption in the early game seems optimal. You get the max duration, illusion damage will be pitiful early anyway (given the target won't have many levels or items).

That's what I figure. The mana cost probably goes up with it too. Same reason people keep venomous gale at rank 1, or BH shuri at rank 2.

She pretty much hasnt been pick since the international, where she roamed with sven. She's just out shined in the same area by Lion and Rhasta.
