Is Flynn on the west coast today? I'm guessing he signs with Miami by Sunday. If he is already out of Seattle, I think it happens today.

Thank god we'll know if we're getting him or not within the next 5 hours because that's when we'll be stuck with Kolb's bonus. I doubt we're getting him at this point but I don't even care, just let this end so we can grab some freakin FA's. Don't get me wrong, I'd fap out to getting Manning if he came, but he's really hurting our FA and I just want it to end. I was always under the understanding that he was supposed to decide by the first day of FA so he wouldn't screw anyone, especially his eventual team, over. Apparently that was bullshit. Screw you Manning! Man I hope we sign Bell to LT...

Flynn will cost 5 times as much though, really depends how much he wants. I don't want us to pull a Kolb, you know.

Than a first round pick? I highly doubt it. The problem with Kolb isn't his contract, it's the trade. Signing Flynn as a free agent isn't at all a big risk.

You also don't have that "investment" mentality. Teams are naturally more willing to cut bait on a free agent much quicker than a first round pick. If Flynn is shit in his first year +, he'll be gone. With a draft pick, you can't really even expect production until 2013 or 2014. Flynn will sink or swim in 2012.

I guess if you're a lunatic and are super high on Tannehill or something it would make sense.

We'll trade Kolb to you for a second rounder!

Just found out that he notified Miami they aren't getting him. Why the hell hasn't he called us? I doubt he's coming so why leave us hanging?

ESPN has learned Peyton Manning is working out for the Broncos today, but he does not make them the leader.

Broncos traveling party includes Exec VP John Elway, HC John Fox, OC Mike McCoy, QB coach Adam Gase, GM Brian Xanders and a medical team.

Who is the Packers backup to Rodgers going to be the next time he gets concussed?

A good backup qb is such a great luxury in this league. You really need one if your qb spends any time out of the pocket or if she is a giant vag.

How is he hurting the Cards FA? It's not Manning's fault that the Cards did fuck all to prepare for life after Warner with the exception of a stupid trade for Kolb.

There is not much interest in Tebow, so I wonder what the scenario is to ship him off. From what I understand CAA (agency) does not want Tebow to sit on the bench. He's a household name and I'm sure they want him in the spotlight. I can't imagine anyone giving much up for him. Maybe Philly to backup Vick on the cheap? Both lefty runners... probably not though.

I just don't want a player with little experience get 40 mil guaranteed or something. Rookie contracts are much less. Newton got, what, 22 mil? But you're right on the investment thing.

I would love for the Eagles to bring in Tebow, but they already have Edwards and Kafka.

That'll be the next question. Who picks Tebow up if they drop him?

Jacksonville?

What about Miami?

Still in Florida, the team had a problem filling the stadium last year, and the team isn't that great. I could easily see them trading for Tebow.

Graham Harrell. Tom Clements is a one man quarterback factory. Don't matter who lines up there. Christ, he could even make Roethlisberger into a competent quarterback.

I bet he is better than Kolb.

He actually might not be a bust unless you define bust as anyone not being a qb capable of winning a SB.

Regardless I am sure he is a big improvement over Henne and whatever other crap they were fielding recently.

The main thing isn't if he is a bust, it is how much they will pay (or more accurately, overpay) for him. They have to be careful how they structure the deal. Flynn is going to want to get paid to pay for his fancy high priced whore gf and the Dolphins will want to make him earn it.

Yea it was just a scenario that was being thrown out, if they get rid of Tebow it would likely involve adding a qb. A couple guys on denver radio pointed out philly as a good spot to trade.

Apparently Ginn left Detroit without a contract because he wants a big role as a wide receiver.

Good luck with that.

07' qb class was pretty shitty lol

purple drank
brady quinn
kevin kolb
john beck
drew stanton
trent edwards
Isaiah Stanback(didn't they draft him to be a wr?)
jeff rowe
troy smith
jordan palmer
tyler thigpen

He started a few games for us and his 2 most memorable plays were the ball hitting off his face mask and popping up for an int against the giants and a gorgeous 60 yard bomb thrown perfectly by Alex in Arizona but ginn couldnt locate the ball in the air and it literally landed about a foot in front of him in the endzone. Fuck off Wr teddy! But I love pr and kr teddy!

Buahaha I read that! I see he still hasn't embrassed his special teams roll. We hardly need a receiver who doesn't want to play special teams.

Any below 500 team I can jump on the bandwagon to that has a good QB? I'm done with this garbage from Miami, 25 years....srzly

25 years? Gosh that must be so hard.........

Hey, this is a first round pick you're talking about.
God I hated that pick so much...

Plus they were saying Andy Reid has the offensive mind to utilize Tebow in his offense. Sounds interesting at the very least...

I think Reid would do a great job with Tebow. I wonder if Denver would take Kafka and a late round pick. It would be weird to have the worst QB and the best QB in terms of being a good person on the same team.
