iirc he was one of the main tests of 6.73 (for both dota 1 and 2) and spends his life in his basement streaming/playing dota. So ye.

Okey, according to Steam I'm 400 hours in dota 2 now. Sadly, I can't count how much time was spent watching streams and reading manuals.

I had this problem a little while back, what I did to fix it was go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta and delete the dota.exe and then verified the game cache through steam, it re downloaded it and everything was good again. If you're afraid of deleting it just rename it dotacopy or something.

Yes. Finally my wins are even with my losses from doing nothing but public queues. I never thought this day would come. 64-64. At one point I had 20 more losses than wins.

I think it gets better the higher you move up in brackets.
I had a game with a clg player though, he got pissed when he died as AA (died like 2-3 times against shadow demon) and tried to shift it onto me later, I was playing omni. Though I was still healing and repeling and warding, and crowing he would say things like I didn't like to help the team...
He came around toward the end though. Was probably just frustrated at his laning phase.
Not a game option. Right click volume icon in your taskbar tray, press Playback Devices, pick the Communications tab and choose the Do nothing option.
They both play for Mousesports, generally he tmms with them and has fun playing. Most entertaining Dota 2 streamer for sure.
was probably Pinoy, he is the worst player in the team (he barely scrims with his team or play any pro games) but he is a internet badass online when it comes to flaming and report-threatening.
Oh damn. Awesome. Thank you sir. Only seems to do so with DotA 2 ... thats why I thought it was a DotA thing.

No offense, but that lineup looks like it's straight from a Garena pub. (both teams) But yeah, backdooring is annoying. Wards and TPs can prevent it pretty well though.

He played way too agressive as AA and payed for it heavily.
lol, had a little chat with him in a pub (not online, a bar where you usually drink alcohol). He seemed pretty chill irl.

I'm sure he's a good guy, everyone has their breaking point. I'm reaching it with this 5 loss streak.
I know that the lineups were shit but I have no control on what others pick. Enemy team was obviously pre-made, and I solo queued and ended up with a mixed bag.
Kunkka was decent and Lesh kept getting caught off guard. No one bothered defending properly even though we obliterated them each team fight. Our deaths were mostly people wandering off in the wilderness and getting caught.

Yeah, solo queuing is always pretty risky.

Yeah, it usually sucks. There should be an option for you to be only matched with people who also solo-queue. I believe CoD did this and I think it's a smart idea, getting crushed by a coordinated 3-5 stack is not fun.
Maelk is awesome as a commentator. LOL It's Gosu and Insight are battling in who can throw the game harder? It's pretty terrible but kind of funny.

I definitely don't think the community is as bad as people made it out to be before I started playing. After 300 games, I think I've only had complete and total douchebags who made actually playing the game awful in 3-5 of them.

Also if Kappy gets any more mad I fear he might reach critical mass and destroy all life on earth.
I don't think they will ever do a solo-queue because then they will have trouble matching teams of 3 or 4 with another player(s). It will get better once the beta gets more people and the matchmaking will be able to keep groups and solo players separate for the most part.
wow, it seems that you're pretty lucky.
I think what he's saying is 3-5 made the game unbearable. He has a tough shell, you don't.. I guess.
