How is this even possible.

Match id would have been fine too :P

Will have to search for this funny looking game.

Just played 8 and a half hours straight with my friend. Damn that was long and fun haha. We later teamed up with some other people and did 1 captains mode game, was pretty fun!

best game was when I used Venom, we were losing like 15 / 2 'cause Sanjay fed them with Huskar and they were trolling hard too. later BH and SF got fat and won the game.
obviously Yuber lost that one too as Proph.

Tried Venomancer, Jakiro, and Warlock today. I liked the first two, but I'm not a fan of Warlock. His abilities seem suited for team fights, but I didn't wind up in too many. Also I didn't get how to use the golem properly until we were minutes from victory.

Another "Does it work?" question: If you are Omniknight on the same team as a Weaver, and Weaver uses his scarabs, and one latches onto an opponent. Can you use your heal on the scarab and hurt the hero it's latched onto?

but swift you said you were fuckin annoyed at me for picking support zeus

and swag said i do picks that make him never want to play with me!!!

would anyone be interested in playing some games in a couple hours? I'm on spring break and really trying to put some time in learning this game, but punning is slowly draining my soul. My steam name is Ace 1991.

was needed, nevermore wasn't really good in competitive game nowaday. Hope he comes back

but ya 72 free damage FEELS GOOD.

Also the Puck buffs are great (or it's more like a tradeoff I guess). I'm really starting to get down the timing with Phase Shift. I learned the other day that Lich's ult bounces off a Phase Shifted Puck still, but doesn't damage you. I hope to pull off avoiding Sniper's ult with it, assuming such a thing is possible.

It won't clear the debuff I think but it will prevent the missile from doing damage to you.

I don't think there's any missile that will hurt puck when she shifts.

He loses you as a target i think? But I'm 99% sure the damage can't be disjointed, maybe it's different for puck.

(For example a Storm Spirit who ults back to fountain after sniper fires still takes damage at the end of his ult, since the bullet just follows, but can remove the debuff if he ults before the shot)

So just tried my first game with Invoker...

Not that I would ever dare to play him in a match against people, but what's the best way to practice with him so that maybe some day I could actually, possibly, contribute to a win?

MOBA related : Since when I play (that seldom happens nowadays!) I now play DotA2, I had lent my HoN account to a good friend of mine. Honorable man and all.

I open my e-mail box this morning to see a written warning from S2Games (company who makes HoN) because of excessive verbal abuse from "my" part. Now I promptly changed my HoN password.

Conclusion? Doesn't matter if you are a thug IRL or a respectable banker ; those types of games really do bring out the worst in people.

Had a nice guy help me learn yesterday. I know the community can be awful at times, but I've found that if I straight up say "I suck, please bear with me" right at the start of the match people are generally forgiving.

He was helping me play Sand King. Can you guys give me tips? He had me get a Blink Dagger ASAP, and then work towards Blade Mail (that's a simplified version). I'd love to hear how he should be played from people who know. This guy did well in the game, but it was a pub game, so who knows. Nice guy, if you're a gaffer "Jake", then thanks :).

I find myself in this situation a lot and it sticks out in my mind for some reason in losses. It's early- mid game, most of the tier 1 towers are down for both sides and our team has just won a team fight (2 man advantage or greater) on our side of the map. What is usually the correct move to make as a team? My first inclination is to push towers but by the time we make it down there, the enemy team has respawned. Or would it be better to farm in this case?

Blink dagger+ Sand King's ultimate allows you to be a very good initiator in team fights..

Yeah, I was trying to get it down, but fucked it up quite often.

So I hit the Ult key (4, in my case) and then just as the channeling finishes I hit q and click next to the guy to attack? Is that correct?
