I'm still in the middle of Resi:R, haven't touched MGS 3D and I've yet to beat 3DLand and Mario Kart 7 sp. I will regret this, especially if the price will go lower...

Also, Zelda Skyward Sword is £23,44 dunno if it's a good price.

Meanwhile people who ordered on the 10th have already RECEIVED theirs, mine isn't even shipping yet. Not the best service if you ask my opinion. Luckily I have just enough points for Trials anyway so I don't really mind waiting as long as the order is actually shipped sometime soon.
 
Why is it so hard to buy Xbox Live Gold codes...

gamepointsnow.co.uk - Didn't work either they are out of codes or Google don't like my card.
Shopto - That's brilliant a 30 day wait time before being able to buy codes sent online.
Electronicfirst.com - Only accepts PayPal, to bad PayPal and my CC isn't on friendly terms.
G2Play.net - No, thanks... I don't want to make a damn account at Skrill just to be able to pay with my CC.

So does anyone know of other places to buy a Live Gold code that's sent through e-mail?

I usually use http://www.Live-Codes.com - always been reliable with me and the email received within about 10mins or so at the longest.

i also ordered on april 5 and mine still says in progress. i'm fuming, microsoft have taken the money, they took it the day i placed the ordered and i still haven't received anything.

the store is the worst ever online service i have used. i'm going to call them tomorrow and complain and demand a refund if they don't ship them straight away.

Seems like Zavvi decided to follow up the GBP - Euro exchange rates up closely, and change their Euro prices accordingly.

Last week the MGS HD collection was 59,95 in Euros, now it's already 62,45... GBP price has remained unchanged since.
 
Hope you guys get yours soon, I think i've just been really lucky especially since guys that ordered a while before me have nothing yet.

Will definately be avoiding the Microsoft Store in future - the shopping experience would be poor for a tiny company let alone one like Microsoft...

I think I ordered on the 8th, still nothing either. Their customer service is beyond useless, don't waste your time and money.

I rang them twice, the first time they didn't have a clue what Microsoft Points were, never mind where my order was. The second time I was put on hold and then told by the person who answered that they "can't check order status using order numbers", which makes no sense whatsoever.

The email I got last Friday said they were ready to dispatch - yeah, sure they were. It's Tuesday afternoon now and not so much as a dispatch email.

Never, ever again. How can Microsoft let this bunch of amateurs run their online store presence for an entire continent?

I ordered on the 5th in the hope of having them in time to buy Skullgirls... Still nothing.

Wonder if the fact that I did it as a one-off rather than making an account has put me at the bottom of the priority list.

After being dispatched yesterday, my points arrived today via UPS.

Hopefully it won't be long before all yours gets dispatched too. I guess they aren't used to this many people ordering stuff or something.
 
I've reached my limit, I'm phoning them to demand a refund. I've already spoken to my bank so I'm getting my money back one way or another. Does a tone have the UK phone number?
 
Just rang them again after hearing some people were given tracking numbers for UPS. No luck, but I was told they would be dispatched (if not today, by tomorrow morning). Which is exactly what I was told a few days ago, so I'm not holding my breath.

Did you see on HUKD some dude called Xbox Support about it and they gave him a code for XBL? Sounds like BS.

0844 800 2400 (or 01954 713950 for cheaper calls I think) should be it.

I wouldn't anticipate getting a refund from them though, you'll probably have to go through your bank. Plenty of people on HUKD have tried asking them for a refund and been told that "the order is in delivery and can't be cancelled".

I spoke to Xbox Support about it on live chat yesterday, mainly to just inform them of how bad the service from the online store was in case they could forward it on to someone who could do something. No luck with any free stuff though! I just got given the same phone number I'd rang before.

I checked (only checked 10 mins ago and it still said processing) and my order has now changed to "Delivered".


I need to call my GF and find out if it's true.

That's what happened to me yesterday. It probably means it has now been shipped, so you'll probably get them tomorrow.

Order Status: Delivered

LOL. I guess they'll be here tomorrow.
