Then you'll have to frenetically move the object, looking as a real hammer, in your living room, to mash your enemies in the game.



And there will be several stages that your character must clean with a gatling mounted on an assault helicopter, and you'll have to mimic the akin-to-rambo-in-frenzy gestures with the same peripheral but held in the reverse side, with the DRC screen showing you the bottom of the scenery (with cartridges ejected, the floor of the helicopter, some outside landscapes, to give you the real impression that you're at the edge of the vehicle + firing sounds from the DRC speakers).



It will be called THE SLEDGE HAMMER, and it will be glorious !

You already get the idea what the target is. Comes with a stand so you can place it anywhere in your room. The DRC Camera takes random pictures of you and uploads them to the Internet :D

Using a WiiMote strapped to your WEAPON it can calculate from wich distance you hit the DRC. Online Leaderboard anyone?

The possibilities... Their endless!

Yeah i tried to disclose some stuff without teasing but it's less fun. I understand why it gets on the nerves of some, but just take it in a light-hearted way, the important matter is that i respect my promises, and "reveal" the info when i say i'll do (tomorrow). Nothing huge, but a little informative nugget about dev kits.

I miss smilies. I wish we had them here again. But I miss animated avatars more. I have a video of Jake eating pizza very daintily, like a human. It's make a great gif.

No, the lack of the smiley faces, especially the :lol , changed this forum more than anything else. It's almost pointless to make a joke now because your not going to get feedback via a smiley that it was any good. Either by a :lol or a :rolleyes .

Yeah I'd like to believe the guy, but I really want to know what he means by that. Without context it could mean many different things and I'd wager that he's not privy to the first-party line-up.

I would imagine if it's someone in the press who isn't a Nintendo enthusiast, it'd have to impress the trolls for someone in the gaming media to risk being labeled a Nintendo fanboy retroactively if it doesn't impress them.

I know he likes Nintendo things sometimes, so this is a bit more difficult to know. I suspect he's being genuinely enthusiastic, unless he's wanting to fit in with his anti-Nintendo snob colleagues.

But yeah. I like Shane Satterfield, I imagine he'll have a solid idea on what constitutes a good lineup. The major multiplatform titles (maybe) this year are

Ass Creed Tri
Bioshock: Infinite
GTAV
CoD
Resident Evil 6

Nintendo ought to get at least three of those. For the hardcore gamer, besides first party content. I'd imagine that Nintendo will surely be looking to provide a better experience for third party titles than with competing systems.

Does anybody think we might see a major announcement in the form of an MMO? With the Wii U's control scheme being so flexible, and with rumors of the online being similarly flexible. It seems like it'd be the perfect genre for the system, and one I imagine Nintendo want to capture.

Capcom confirmed that Resident Evil 6 isn't coming to the Wii U anytime soon, and I think it was reported that Activision wasn't going to support the system at all (or perhaps that was just speculation).

As for the MMO, you have Dragon Quest X, which is coming at some indefinite date.
