I actually opened a ticket about this. I had changed my name from what I wanted to something else because I thought you had to, in order to get into the open beta and I was jonesin'. So, I did something stupid and changed it to my name. My ACTUAL name.

I asked them when and how I'd be able to change it and they responded with this:

I'm afraid we have no way of changing your BattleTag at this poitn in time and we don't have any information about any paid name changes going forward. The additioanl free name change was offered to correct or allow players to choose a second name. Aside from that, we aren't capable of flagging your account for another name change at this point in time.

Battletags are not actually unique, so this seems like a non-issue with the one free tag change. Well aside from roleplaying and showing off that perfect name that took you hours to come up with.

You can have it installed on multiple computers. However, only one person can be logged into your battlenet account at a time.

You just need to buy it once. You'd be able to run it on either OS or both.

You can have it installed on both. The disc comes with both the PC and the Mac version.

One client for both OS X and Windows, the key is for your battle.net account. So you can play on any computer on any OS with your account.

You mean edit the banner ? The campaign is just to win a new sigil per class in game. So yes, you can edit your banner the same way.
