Oh yeah. Black Panther's introduction will also mean getting a scene of Captain America getting his ass handed to him.
I'm torn, Gaf. I don't know where to stand here.
Right before Iron Man dove into the giant worm thing, he asked Jarvis "Have you ever heard the story of ...? Anyone catch the name?

MICHAEL JAI WHITE.
that's where you stand.

The nuke did more good than bad in the end. They were going to close the portal anyways but that nuke saved them from cleaning up the remaining ground forces.
He wore the Mark 7 at the end. Jarvis even tells him it isnt completely ready yet.

not completely ready, but luckily they'd completed the 'can fly after falling Stark and wrap around him really quickly' part.
if the enemies were magically radio controlled, surely closing the portal would still have shut them down? The portal reduces the distance between the two points in space so the control will work. close it and the signal won't reach.

It says the "one-above-all" is his superior not the tribunal itself (the Thor quote aside).God is the Living Tribunal? Mind blown.
I can imagine his first introduction to the Avengers team.Afro-American Panther.
Yeah.
Given Tony's obsession with having cool ways to put on his suit, I'd imagine this is the first thing he finished.
God, I need a Black Panther movie.
the Avengers were on the ropes when the nuke was launched. They were about out of juice.
How can Iron Man go toe-to-toe with Thor? Really makes no sense to me.
The only one that didn't seem to be slowing down was Thor.
And I was a little upset that we didn't see Hulk get REALLY mad and bust up all those ships shooting him.

...oh and in Cap vs. B. Panther/T'challa...I vote T'challa.
Also T'challa>Batman, deal with it!
I read on yahoo news that Avengers 2 may be set for 2014, have you guys heard anything about this yet? Also it crossed more than 700 million at the box office.
Since this thread hit 10,000 posts there needs to be a recap.

Afro-American Panther.
Yeah.
So is Thor actually immortal? That line from Loki about "They think we are immortal, should we test that theory?" made me wonder.
Well you could say so....but there is an entity above God, and thats the One Above AllGod is the Living Tribunal? Mind blown.
Stark already IS a total douchebag. 'Tis what makes him awesome.
It's kinda funny, the movie series that needs the most work, Thor, is the one that has the shortest production times. They really should care about not getting those out the door so quickly, as the first one already felt very rushed.
Man, I imagine there's a shitload of small nod to comic like these in the film, probably the advantage of wrter director who know comic really well? Or there's a specific guy from marvel who's adding all these little touches.Don't know if anyone caught this (and if this has already been mentioned I'm sorry, because I'm not going to read through 200+ pages to find out) but during the moment when Thor is first confronting Loki, two ravens can be seen flying past them.

ODIN IS WATCHING.
Well he said "they called it", meaning he's dead... but watching it again, Coulson KNEW he was going to die, he literally said something along the lines of "they need this". He knew it.
That leads me to believe he might have controlled a LMD when he went to find that weapon... who knows.
Not civil war and shoot Hulk into space douchebag though.
I would buy both of those in a heartbeat. Still would need a third to make it look great on a wall...FF? Heh.
Great work.
So without going back 1200 pages, is the guy at the end of the movie Red Skull or Thanos? I thought it was Red Skull from Captain America, but I could be wrong.
