No, Moon Knight is Marvel's (truly) psychotic Batman.
Lol, I remember when he ripped a guys face off and wore it.

Or Black Panther. Not only wealthy, but runs his own nation. Even Doom steps lightly around the Panther.
They have a script and a director. Edgar Wright just teased it on Twitter the other day.
Too many comic panels ITT
Nobody's said its happening yet. Just that they have some guy working on it. There have been numerous treatments for Superman movie that never saw the light of day.

To be fair, Edgar takes his time- it took fucking forever for Scott Pilgrim to enter production. Likewise for him to do the script for The World's End.
But Pilgrim happened, The World's End is happening and Ant-Man will happen. And they will be glorious. Edgar doesn't waste time.
SHIELD will confiscate all the dead Skrulls and realize they are shapeshifters. "Oh shit, they could be among us." Then we get Thanos attempting to take the Avengers down from inside. Thanos is defeated but not before one of Tony Stark's and Stark Industries star employee' (Hank Pym) new super AI downloads itself into a Skrull robot thus creating movie Ultron. Fade to black.
He also has signed on to do a Kolchak the Night Stalker film starring Johnny Depp so we will see how the priority goes.
I would honestly love to see Ant Man work just because I want to see MORE Marvel on the screen, I want to see all of my comic favorites up there so that there can be huge cross overs and people popping up in each other's movies.
Sometimes, though, they exaggerate Black Panther to Mary Sue levels (Silver Surfer arm lock).
I'd rather have the other way round with Pym creating Ultron to help defend Earth against any more ET attacks/invasions and Thanos messing with it somehow. He's crazy smart, so it wouldn't be a leap to think he'd able to do it.
Movie ends with them having gone through hell to defeat Ultron, about to head back to HQ when a portal opens. It's Thanos and he instantly lays the royal beat down on Hulk before turning to the rest of the Avengers with a huge grin on his face - roll credits.
I know some disagree, but Thanos strikes me as a end game villain. someone you use to end a trilogy.
T'challa beat Mephisto dude, taking down the Silver Surfer shouldn't be any harder.

I'm sure they could find a way to have the downer cliffhanger ending and still have room for stand-alone movies in between Avengers 2 and 3.
Just have them beat Thanos at the end of A2, but don't kill him. While he's retreating through some portal or something, one of the Avengers gets caught with him. We don't have that Avenger's solo movie this cycle. We might see teases of him in the stingers of the other solo movies, but we don't find out exactly what happened to him until Avengers 3.
The more of these BP comic book pages you guys post, the less I want him in the Avengers sequel. I don't want to see a Batman knockoff.

Black Panther is nothing like Batman. That's just what people say if they have no idea what Black Panther is all about.
That is one thing I hate about comics and always will.
The fact that you can have a character who can make worlds cower, make the hardest of heroes second guess themselves...
And then in another book a different writer comes along and that being gets clowned so they can pump up their character for their run.
It is like bad pro wrestling booking.
Some characters should be constant. Good and bad.
Their should be guidelines no matter who is writing it, for the good of the overall universe and continuity and if a writer can not agree than he can not use that character.
I totally agree. Sorry, but that's not the Mephisto I know about from other comics. It's basically one step away - and serious! - from Squirrel Girl beating Thanos. The uber-powerful characters should not take a nosedive so whoever the flavor of the month is can just chuck a "force field" around 'em and beat them up.
I mean, that's why we have the Wrecking Crew!
SoundWorks Collection talks with Supervising Sound Editor, Sound Designer, and Re-recording Mixer Christopher Boyes about his work on The Avengers. And yes, there is discussion on Whedon being involved with it. ;P
Also, the next issue of Cinefex should be really interesting to anyone who cares about vfx creation as it will cover Avengers, Battleship, Prometheus, and Snow White & The Huntsman.
People sleep on the Black Panther at their peril. He is known to be a straight uberbadass. Case in point, Issue 6 of his ongoing series. Klaw has the Panther's mother held hostage and is about to kill her unless he kills himself. Paraphrased because I am not at home
Klaw: Well? Do it or...
Black Panther: Or what?
Klaw: I told you alr-
Black Panther: That you'll kill my mother? you'll do that anyway. That you'll destroy my country? you'll do that anyway. It doesn't matter. I'm still going to kill you. So what exactly is your leverage again?
Black Panther's Mother: That's my boy!
Which is why I don't really like BP that much. The writers really go overboard with what he can do. The character has potential, but the super Mary Sue stuff has to be toned down a bit. I mean, Capt America salutes him, he can beat up a super skrull without breaking a sweat, he beat up the devil and judo'd Silver Surfer? Some call that badass. I just call it boring.
That's as stupid as Batman punching Darkseid and knocking him out.Two words: intergalactic armbar.

The Secret Invasion Black Panther stuff is extremely good but I have no idea how important Ororo is. This could pose a problem in the long run.

Who, Storm?
Haha, what horseshit. Two words: intergalactic armbar.
Yeah, you might wanna read HOW he beat Mephisto before saying writers go overboard with him. Put simply; he PLANNED for it. ...he even planned for his a worldwide financial crisis in order to defeat a villain...or something along those lines, I'd need to reread that story, but for beating Mephisto? He planned for it.
I mean what, is Batman the only one allowed to have a plan to take down a demonic overlord?

Alright, I'm intrigued. Is there a BP trade paperback or something that is a good start?
black panther sucks. just read batman fanfic by a 12 year old instead.

i posted it above. before hudlin, he used prep time correctly to defeat his opponents.
