Technology that's far beyond anything Batman is capable of understanding on his own. Bruce ALSO has some pretty severe psychological weaknesses rooted in self doubt. Don't paint this as a one sided thing.
Again- starktech is LEAGUES past anything Bruce has developed. We're talking "infinite source of clean energy" levels of tech. "self aware armor" levels of tech. Assuming batman can just "hack it" is pretty silly.
Been tried by better- Iron man has many, MANY countermeasures in place to keep this from happening- and bruce is simply not on his level.
There's been one that I can think of (Maxwell Lord) and the planet was fucked.

So basically, Iron Man's only chance of victory is getting the jump on Batman and killing him in a straight up fight before Batman even knows Iron Man is his enemy. If Batman escapes their first battle, Iron Man is finished. And if it was Batman being the aggressor rather than Iron Man, then Iron Man stands no chance.

All of these fights are plot devices which is why Hero vs Hero arguments are dumb. People try to back up their picks with canon history, but those historical matches were written to serve the writer's plot, and under the constrictions of writing comics using the Big 2's properties.
Superman is super strong, almost indestructable, and can fly at near light speeds. Realistically, if I was an evil villain with Superman under mind control, the first thing I would do is have him fly through every hero on earth at light speed, killing them before they even knew I had control of superman. 60 seconds later every hero would be dead and I can continue with my scheme. However, that doesn't make for good comics.

Been reading these books for over two decades now(Marvel and DC). It's happened more than a few times. I can't look up the examples. Max Lord's mindcontrol was a good example though.
Not really good or bad either way. Just showing the incredibly stupid lengths that writers have taken the "Batman is always prepared" shtick.
It's not mentioned there, but the Flash also thinks faster than normal people. His mind can see multiple outcomes for multiple situations almost instantly.

Stark recently lost his fortune. Again. For like...what, the fifth time? So now he's using his repulsor tech to provide clean green energy. And the Mandarin and Stane's son have planted a mole in his Seattle tech startup company, and are slowly lowering the boom. Stark has recently caught on to this though, and is strategizing a way to defeat his oldest arch-enemy and most recent major foe.
Bruce Wayne would defeat that robot with a small twig and a small flask of witch hazel. And utilize the lack of flexibility in the IronMan 0 suit's arms, cling to his back and force Shellhead to crash into the cave ceiling, trying to knock him off. This is the thing. Their strengths are not evenly matched. Batman doesn't start fights he can't win, and he usually analyzes his foes until he's seen enough weaknesses he can take advantage of, till he can win. IronMan is a genius in a powersuit who charges in and uses overwhelming strength and firepower, and sometimes his genius, to win. It's like shark vs bear all over again.

Batman would win against Superman. Somehow, even though he doesn't seem to show this amazing intellect towards anything else, he is some sort of Einstein when it comes to defeating his foes.
