Clearly, it's a sign that Vinny and Jeff must do an Endurance Run for the PS3 Director's Cut of Deadly Premonition by April 27th. I'm not sure what the J represents; maybe it's referring to the possibility of Will Smith making a guest appearance on one of the episodes.
