If it's like the previous two, this is insufficient - Dreamy Theater includes a PSP program that reads your savedata and passes it along to the PS3 via USB. It won't read your save unless it was created on the same PSP the program is running on. (Also, per a Japanese wiki entry I was linked to, a Vita won't work at all, it has to be a PSP.)

We don't have a lot of information on how Project DIVA f (the Vita game releasing in August) will make the jump to PS3, aside from the fact that it won't be until next year sometime. It's worth noting that Project DIVA f is most likely done by the team that did the PSP games, which is not the team that does Arcade/Dreamy Theater.
