Won't happen but would be nice.
I think we're all in for a big letdown.
And both of those features are pretty useless to me. Auto patches would be a lot better if it checked all your games like Steam does instead of just the last 10 games you've played.
Be careful with that drive, or any that is "Advanced Format" for that matter.Because I can't find a more appropriate thread, will any 2.5" hard drive work to replace the one I have? More specifically this one:

When you load a game it will ask you if you want to automatically save to the cloud or not. Finally signed up, but what do I do now? There are some minis which I don't care about, a couple of free psn games which are nice, but what else?
How do I get the cloud saving to work? When I go into ps3 saves I can press triangle and copy a save to the cloud, but surely it can't be a manual process - any way to automate it?

It's 2 PS3s and 2 portable devices.Slightly off topic I gues but I just bought a 3 month PS+ subscription. I have a Vita and a PS3 linked to the same account. I was thinking off getting a second PS3 as I spend about half my in rented accommodation away from my home setup.
So if I bought this second PS3 I would have three devices linked to my account. In terms of using my PSN/PS+ content will that work ok. I remember reading something about Sony reducing the number of license devices from 5 to 2. How does that work? Is it like 360 at all where as long as I'm signed in online everything will work ok on any console?

Also: Did anyone else hear Tretton say $5/month during the Sony E3 Presentation? What's that all about? Stealth price increase?
But it's not. It's $17.99 or something...$15 for a 3 month subscription.
The second coming, apparently. *shrug*If that list above is accurate, I'm damn happy.

I posted this in the other thread but I think it should be posted in here also just as a heads up of what's about to be taken down just in case someone wants to jump in before they're gone.
Just to be clear, this is for North America
Starting June 6th, there will be an Instant Game Collection of 10 games to choose from ready to download and play as part of the updated PlayStation Plus subscription, with at least three being updated monthly. The launch line-up includes Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown, as well as Oddworld: Strangers Wrath HD, Renegade Ops, Chime Super Deluxe, Outland, Darksiders and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine.
As part of the 10 games available, there will be a PlayStation Plus Game of the Month. This will change every four weeks and represent the best PlayStation Store has to offer, including brand new download-only games and Digital Blu-rays.
Additionally, as part of their subscription, members will have access to three digital Blu-ray titles from SCEE inFamous 2, MotorStorm: Apocalypse and LittleBigPlanet 2.
PlayStation Plus will also deliver some of the best games in production from smaller, independent developers. The first game to be included as part of this new offering is Retro/Grade, the arcade shooter with a twist from 24 Caret Games and will be available later this summer for eight weeks, at no cost to subscribers.
