I thought E3 banned Booth Babes™?

Was E3 shit, or were our expectations just too high?

Probably a mix of both.

This Generation is going on too long leading to 2/3 of the involved to really not give a shit and go on cruise control and the other 1/3 was pig headed and decided we are only talking launch window instead of the future because they have gotten hooked on their Mini conferences with Nintendo direct etc

one year E3 decided to strip all the pomp and circumstance completely from the show.

nobody liked it.
I was presenting there that year.

The bathrooms were on a tractor-trailer outside in the airplane parking lot.

It felt like a vacuum cleaner convention.

Bad old days indeed.

What's wrong with their eye lashes?

They should all have looked like this

I think that was a very good way to put it, antonz. Sony/MS' conferences felt very "safe" in concept and execution. "Here's some upgrades to services you're pretty familiar with, here's some big sequels to franchises that sell a lot!" Now some of those sequels looked really good, some were kinda eh, its obviously a game-to-game basis, but the obvious thing at play is that it's just business as usual. And unless you think Sony/MS are releasing new systems in 2013, it'll be the same thing next year.

And Nintendo...fuck

But really, E3 nowadays is about the showfloor. Those are where the games are, and there's actually quite a few titles I'm interested in playing from now into the next year.

Someone in the press said that nintendo had the most, not sexy, but beautifull girls on the show floor.

I entered the thread to see the nintendo girls and I leave dissapointed.

What's with the car in the Capcom picture?

Its the car you win in the SF X T tournament later this year.

Anyways to the OP, they banned them years ago, when they tried to cut costs and be more "serious" they realized that the games journalists, gamestop employees and the tons of people who illegally sneak in hated that shit, and wanted semi naked chicks and swag.

They couldn't even get a mini mini skirt for tall chicks? This looks so creepy

Too bad too because she's absolutely gorgeous. In different clothing she would be a knockout but that skirt is so short she's had to pull it down to an awkward level. Stacy and Clinton (What Not to Wear hosts) would be mortified.

And yes, it's a little disappointing to see P4G girls who are not cosplaying. Talk about a wasted golden opportunity!

Dear Atlus,

Please at least give your poor booth babes clothes that actually fit them

Sincerely,
Everyone
