Kusoru would at least know how to get around Joe's zoning. His team also has ways around Morrigan bullet hell, and Strange is...well, bad. This is assuming Kusoru plays perfectly of course. It would probably be very even since Die's zoning is nothing compared to MorriDoom.

Akuma and Wolvie can only be separated for so long.
Strange isn't bad at all... but on that team he is. No assist to back him up for defense, space control or for mix ups.
Also his team is a terrible team for Frank West. No legit way to level him up to LVL4/LVL5 on that team.
Akuma Tatsu is better at breaking through projectiles/zoning because it has projectile nullifying capabilities. With Morrigan becoming such a threat, his Frank is looking weaker in the meta game. Having Tatsu in the back also keeps Viper in check, it's his gambit against MarlinPie.
Also his team is a terrible team for Frank West. No legit way to level him up to LVL4/LVL5 on that team.

Because Morrigan doesn't let them rushdown and makes it so they have to think. And thinking is hard!
It's not that easy to take out Doom. Most strategies to nuke Doom revolve around either 2 meter minimum (and space to activate the hyper) or burning of X factor. 2nd strategy basically makes you susceptible to Morrigan AV XF chip, first is very difficult to do in a live match because building your own meter without a meter assist against MorriDoom is hard as hell.
masta cj is nuts. phoenix was an absolute nightmare by herself and morrigan isn't. she can be annoying as all hell but she isn't going to kill your 3 characters in 3 mix ups if she is x factor 3.
