After i placed the order all i got was a Paypal confirmation, Nothing from them. I spent the next 6 hours trying to get a hold of them and waiting for a response from their "reply in 15 mins" email system. Never got anything. They have blanked me at every opportunity. It's literally impossible for me to get hold of them.
So not one single email. I have used them before with no problems. So found it very strange.
But i'll never be using those crooks again, especially now i know i'm not covered.
Edit: Sent them this, complete bs but cant hurt right?

As i can't resolve this with Paypal, my next course of action is with my credit card companys fraud department. Seeming i paid with Paypal with my credit card i will let them get my money back off you.
I really don't understand why i never had one reply or any confirmation of my 20 dollar psn card when you have been recommended by so many people on the forum i frequent for good service.
They now know all about this blatant fraud and their lack of protection with Paypal and are very wary to use you ever again.
I suggest you give me my money back as if my credit card company comes under the same terms as paypal i will be going to the police.

I bought the cheap Syndicate PS3 PAL version at wowhd.
They sent it out from Hong Kong one day after ordering and it arrived here in Germany after 13 working days in a bubble envelope. No problems, wrapped and it's the UK version of the game.
So yeah, if they have a good deal - once per year or so - they are still a good shop to order from I guess. I think 13.79€ is still unbeaten for Syndicate, though it was quickly out of stock that day.

Genuinely surprised that I can't find a similar image from The West Wing about "sticker price". First thought that came into my head.
Still no sign of the PC version going cheap bar Play.com doing it for £9.99 for a brief few hours, the game is holding its price surprisingly well.

I made an account on videogamesplus.ca and preorded Journey: Collector's Edition. Shipping cost was in CAD, not EUR. All of their prices are in CAD exclusively (says so on their site).
I chose the "ORDER NOW, PAY LATER" option. I presume that's the best way to do to a preorder there (payment when it's being shipped). I would have liked to use PayPal but from what I've seen, it charges the item immediately. Can someone confirm/deny this?

There is a button in the middle of the page to the right where you can change the currency. But those are only estimations to give you an indication. They will charge you in CAD ofcourse.
just as a note, it is NOT worth posting links for deals on any of thehut group sites where a cheap game is out of stock, its a scam to draw traffic to their sites

FWIW, UK GAF could probably pick it up in store at HMV for a tenner (bought it back in March).

Everyone who hasn't got it (who are you?!) should get it. Put it on "easy" mode (trust me) and enjoy one of the best games ever.
Out of stock? It says "dispatched within a month". If it was out of stock, it would say "sold out". And "dispatched within a month" can be dispatched within a few days, 1-2 weeks, or really 4 weeks or even more. For that price, you can't complain. (note: I ordered several games where it said that, some of those were really dispatched within a few days, in any case they ALWAYS did send me the game at some point, which means it's definitely not a scam, especially not at that price. The game won't get cheaper than this)

Has anyone who ordered the Ratchet & Clank HD Collection from Asda had their order despatched yet? I ordered when it was £13.50 ages ago, but it's still showing as "On Backorder". FIFA 12 did that though, and turned up on release day (with the order status still showing as backordered on the website).
Mine got delivered yesterday it is glorious - the 4:3 cutscenes and terrible gadgetron vendor, i ordered the end of May for £21
Was dispatched on tuesday with full tracking by Hermes and asda status updated with it.
Uh oh, bit worried now! Wonder if it had anything to do with it being so cheap when they mispriced it originally? They never cancelled the order though. If the status doesn't change by this afternoon I'll give them a call. Cheers for the info.

You can't track the £13.50 orders, I think because the removed the listing for several weeks before putting it back up for £21. They sent an email saying this, but that the copies would be dispatched to arrive by Friday.
