rog, shadyk, ricky o, and champ all stay there so yeah.

6 figures from streaming? naw no way. Otherwise the TSM/CLG guys in LoL would be making like 7 figures (yes millions). On average they got 20k+ viewers for only ONE member.

champ has really dropped down my likable people meter after the pelican thing has exploded. He was originally one of my favorite top player to watch, but now its ughhhh pelican this pelican that.

I always thought the sponsorship would have meant bugger all besides getting him to events. I doubt very much he is getting a wage?
Even EVO was only a 15k pot for Marvel. If he is getting anywhere near 6 figures doing what he is doing I'd be very surprised.

Good luck to him if he is. Must love what he is doing.
 
You make a boat load of money from streaming. Considering they have two streams up 24/7 I would not be surprised if he makes 40-50k off streaming alone, not including his team or his tournament winnings.

I know the league of legends guys on own3d are easily closing in on 200-300k a year. There's a lot of money in competitive gaming.

Also don't want to get too deep or anything but this is my personal opinion but it seems to me that the guys who are either no longer close to their family (Champ) or lost a important part of theirs (Noel) seem to really lack discipline.

Once again I'm not saying that they are the way they are because they don't have a role model in their life, but it just seems that way from my point of view. Both are at least 23-28 and still wear their pants like if they were 12. That shit kind of bug me... even more than the shit talking and just general lack of respect for opponents.

Maybe I'm way off, but just a random observation of mine.
 
I don't think people understand how much a 6 figure annual income actually is. If champ is making that, he is one rich man living well below his means.

I call BS making that much on streaming. I already did the figures long ago. He would have to play a commercial every 30 mins with at least 40k people watching 24/7 in order to even come close to half of that.

Both streams arent up 24/7 one is. The other is on occasionally, and up until FFF, their numbers were pretty low. 200-500 viewers.

That's honestly how I would be living my life if I had that much money. Pretty much exactly how FChamp is doing things, actually; have a moderately-sized home, invite friends to live there to split rent/utilities, and then the rest is just gravy.

He's living my dream, and I'm a little jelly. :lol

I think somebody is pulling somebody's chain. Champ is not making 100k from that fgtv stream and pot winnings. Would love to be proved wrong though.

I think somebody discussed how ad money is paid and their average can no way create that kind of income. Plus don't the other 3 dudes want a cut?
