The impressive things she does with her hair and blades, combined with Lag Seeing's shidan and heart was nice. I enjoyed the flashback and the emotion in this series always gets to me. Later his 'aunt' mentions he's made of heart and that chunk of amber in his eye is probably the only thing keeping him together.

Oh, and that
his mum (who probably is the Queen) was impregnated by THE SUN. Maybe that explains why he's such an ugly baby.

/sarcasm. Beam can't even deny this. When Kubo's goal is to make Bleach look cool, something's else is definitely gonna suffer. And that's what makes it your typical cool awesome sword-slashy animu. It's no wonder how there's a lot of fans here, especially when you throw it on stations like YTV.

Pretty much, I do think Ichigo's backstory with his mum was very well done drama-wise. Hell even the drama behind Orihime's dead brother was well done. This is why I love the first arc so much, aside from the fact that the action scenes and characters were much more dynamic and/or funny in that arc. It just felt awesome and then Soul Society happen turning everything into complete shit. Bleach was YYH-lite, but now it's like some random Yu-Gi-Oh shit.

Fourteen as many others have mentioned is incredible. Well not come out the same person.

National Quiz is a fun an interesting manga about quiz show based government.

Japan Tengu Party Illustrated is one of my all time favorite manga. It's kind of hard to follow the first time through, but it is just so awesome and stylish in every way.

Banana Bread Pudding is a fine blend of classic shoujo and batshit insane.

Soil closest thing to a manga version of Twin Peaks.

Usamaru Furuya is an incredibly creative dude. Not all of his manga are great, but the ones that are good are amazing and there is so much variety in his work.

Suehiro Maruo I feel like I have to mention, but I don't really recommend. You've seen Midori right? Well that was him and the anime is pretty tame compared to the manga. On top of that the Midori manga is pretty tame compared to his other manga!

Shintaro Kago is technically a guro dude like Suehiro Maruo, but his stuff isn't really anywhere near as bad and the reason to read his stuff is for the mind bending genius creativity as opposed to shock value and gross shit.

I could go on and on and on, but I have to stop somewhere.

Holy shit at that ape titan being able to talk. Humanity seems doomed in this manga. Things just get worse and worse.

Best chapter yet, especially Astro's reaction and decision making, surprised not only Tiamet but me also. Astro never has a bad panel, looks great at all angles. I think this is possibly favorite new manga of the year already, so hopefully it goes on.

I wouldnt mind it getting an anime and I wonder if viz has a v1 scheduled yet.

I think Im starting to like Nagisa a bit more. He has potential even if he really did nothing but provide commentary and retread upon what the first chapter covered. I still can't really see how they can get a long story out of this without some drastic changes being made, which seems to be coming along really slowly, assuming he will provide motivational advice to each student one at a time...Needs more action or just to become really gaggy.

Why did this take 7/8 chapters to get to this scenario anyway? I mean, why even have her attending a different school at all?

Looks like it's going to continue with Sensei helping students out and being a gag manga, while also slowly revealing his past and why he's going to blow up Earth. Once we find out why he's doing this, we'll probably know how long this will end up being.

Yeah, I can live without his cat manga and short story collections, but I NEED someone to translate Saru.

I also demand more Iou Kuroda manga, but the main problem there seems to be that Iou Kuroda doesn't make manga anymore. :(

Sana just has no breaks. At this pace we're heading straight towards Pajama-style super early confession.

I can already see it. She confesses, he thinks it's part of the acting, status quo.

Coverart: new short coverstory.. A scream heard in the Mermaid bay

Caeser asks why Usopp and Nami have brought the children out of the lab, they're in pain now
Nami is pissed, questions him what he fed them. The children want to go home, and she swears to get them out of here.
The kids ask the Master to give them more candies. Usopp tries to stop them, but is punched.
The kids are hallucinating, and hits Nami thinking her a cockroach.

Usopp shoots a Firebird Star at Caeser in attempt to set him on fire and explode, but CC can manupilate even the air around him, so he snuffs the fire out before it reaches him. By removing the oxygen in the air, he can make people suffocate.
Usopp and Nami are about to fall unconcious, and CC orders the kids "Get rid of these demons! Use that giant pipe over there, and crack their heads open!"
However, Brownbeard appears to save them from their danger. He blocks the pipe, and attacks Caeser.
Brownbeard sees the truth now, and demands CC let go of his men. Caeser simply laughs at him.
He uses the Gastanet to blow up the three.

CC den-den radio contacts Monet.
He then contacts someone else...

"Ahem, Illegal underworld brokers, sorry for the hasty experiment, but you men are lucky to be a witness to this.
The poison gas weapon you're about to witness is improved from the one four years ago with new effects the World Government would never be able to recreate.
Today, my island has had some... unwelcomed visitors. This is a perfect chance for me to perform this experiment.
Invasion. War. Conquest. This weapon has many utilization. If you like what you see here, let's talk business."

The ones he's transmitting to are pirates around the world.
Around the island you see the Kid pirates, Pekoms, and many other unknown pirates.
Each location have a vision den-den mushi broadcasting the scene.
Chopper hides and listens to the conversation.

Kid's man: Hey boss... you interested in this Weapon of Mass Murder?
Kid: No... but it doesn't hurt to know these things.

Basically, Sasuke took some of the White Snakes from Kabuto and resurrected Orochimaru. Sasuke used curse seal to enter Orochimaru's mind and found out the things he was looking for.
Orochimaru is not interested in war. Sasuke "what is this place?" Orochimaru"You knew this good place, come on let's go"

I like how the OP spoilers are basically the script and the Naruto spoilers are just "Sasuke is a wizard"

I'll reserve judgment until I see it, but it's gotta be a hell of a hand wave to just take "some snakes" and resurrect Orochimaru from being permanently sealed away. In other words, why would that work?!

That was alright. This is about a super tactician dude in ancient China defending cites and being manly. The end felt kind of rushed and I found it hilarious how they totally threw China under the bus and went all GLORIOUS NIPPON is the ideal nation, but it was still a good read overall. Tactical battles/operations/mind games are always fun and they were pretty well done here.

Mainly bought because of the love it got in this thread by some people.
I think it starts a bit on the weak side, with comedy scenes that didn't make me laugh or have good impact, but the humor kept building up and by the end I was loving it.
I feel a bit for that math teacher and the police dude, because Hotori can be such a handful, though I like her a lot.

Please Oro, you're the only one that can save this manga from the Uchiha scum, please become the FV this manga deserves. Though he is kinda acting way to chill and good guy like right now, its creepy.

Also well he was always kind of a blatant rippoff of voldermort, now he even has his uh weird things that allow him to not die.
