The chapters aren't divided by the movies like I thought they would be, as in, I thought the first third of the book would only be about Batman Begins. They just cover all 3 movies for whatever the chapter is talking about.

In certain EU countries, its 100% legal as long as its for personal use, as a recent BBC article explained - however, by the very definition of a torrent, you are sharing as you download which makes it illegal.
