Emanuel Levy : A

Most poorly written review ever?

Unlike Nolan’s previous feature, Ïnception,”which might have been too complex (and convoluted) for its own good, with dreams within dream and often uneasy transitions from the conscious to the subconcious and unconscious levele, “Dark Man Rises””

The odd spoiler here or there, but it's still worth a skim. For those of you wanting a bit more detail, don't worry. As Emmanuel himself says:

A lomger review will be published later today.

I read this as "Doesn't read as spoiler heavy" (not your fault, haha), so I took a look.

Yupp. Definitely don't read it. Let me sum it up: Critic thinks it's the best in the trilogy. Downside is that he introduced a Mitt Romney comparison.

Yeah that review practically spoils the whole damn thing.

there be spoilers everywhere, so much net to avoid D:

The whole movie's plot is pretty much out there now. I'd stick to GAF if you can.

Now I sorta wish WB kept the embargoes up. A couple of reviews outright say the ending in the opening paragraph lol

Yeah, there's a surprising lack of restraint with some of them.

I love how the Time one starts busting out new quotes too... I think even the last line from the movie, but I stopped reading.

I mean, I've spoiled a lot... but even I knew when to call it quits.

Is Joker in this one? I love the Joker.
Love that joker

The Ledger part is photoshopped, but it was photoshopped over a picture of Jack as Joker from Batman89. All done the day after Ledger died.

Some lols

Hollywood and fine reviewer gave men in black 3 and rock of ages a much higher rating than tdkr

Movies.com reviewer who gave tdkr 3/5 gave battleship 4.5/5

I don't get why as a reviewer you would spoil. The secrecy about the plot is well publicized by now, the movie isn't out yet, so why would you spoil? The review's purpose is to convince readers to either go see it or not, not to ruin the plot.

Here is how i see it, giving it a rotten rating to get page views is the lowest of lows, whats the safest option ? Spoil it and get page views, have everyone talk about how you spoiled it

Believe it or not, and this goes for trailers too, it is believed that most people want to know what they are getting before they get it. So we get trailers which show the entire movie in broad strokes, and spoiler-laden reviews.

People WANT to know that Alfred assumes the mantle of Batman after Bruce dies of auto-erotic asphyxiation.
