It depends on what is in the review or how reviewer rates it when submitting
Well, looking at his review page, his 3/5's are listed as positive on RT.

y u no watch Warrior & Bronson. Gotta get some of that Hardy craziness in your system too! Reminds me that I need to watch Bronson again.
He compared TDK to the Bush administration, and went on a tirade of how america doesn't care for heroes like Batman anymore because of the pessimism involving the character. Instead America embraced the Avengers because suddenly we care more about optimism and light-hearted superheroes. He made an incredible (lol) culture study on how we perceive superheroes now.
Not necessarily true. A 3/5 is considered positive by RT unless specified otherwise
See Movies.com review.
So then what's his agenda against? Superhero films with Christian Bale OR Andrew Garfield? I don't have to explain his rationale, YOU'RE the ones who think he's on an agenda because he didn't like your favorite movie that you haven't fucking seen yet.

Except I didn't say he has an agenda. And I have seen it.
So thanks. Bye.
Interesting, I'm going to submit a 9.9 review and marked it as rotten, that will make things fun.

his 3/5 for TDK was also listed as negative, Im going by his history here
If you guys can't see BB as an obvious allegory about 9/11, then maybe you should watch it again. But then that'd be the 134th time, right? So he judges movies based on inferred (not necessarily implied) political bents?
You could also try to answer the question. You are truly a jackass.
And I have seen it.

Peter Travers, for instance, is one of the dumbest, most useless reviewers working nowadays.
How the hell did you 2 get to see it so early, you lucky s.o.bs
I'd prefer it if reviews' end rating was a recommendation to see it or a recommendation to give it a miss. Whilst numbers, percentages, stars and letters provide some degree of precision over how good an experience might be, the end decision is always going to be whether the consumer chooses to see it or give it a miss.
But what if a reviewer wants to recommend a movie more than another one? Cause, you know, there are thousands of movies coming out each year to choose from, so you can't really see every one of them when it's not your job.
Can't talk about it until after the premiere haha
Pretty much. Nolan is just too heavy-handed with the themes he wants to explore in his Batman films, and they often end up being the least interesting aspects of this franchise.
Why does Urban Cinefile count twice on RT?
You must be actually Christian Bale. That's why you saw it before the rest of us.
So, when can I expect to be spoiled by Ebert?

The Dark Knight Rises: seventeen thumbs up. Stay tuned for my review on @TheVineonline tomorrow. RISE, DAMMIT.
If any of you is going to ask who this guy is or lookup his name on Google you should quit watching movies
Are people here tracking RT for fun and/or to kill time? No one really cares what a critics opinion is, right?
I'm really sorry that you got spoiled, but will you guys please stop talking about the nature of the spoilers lest the rest of us read something we don't want to.
Again, confirming that something is accurate spoilers is just as bad as spoiling. So whoever just confirmed those were real spoilers is being real stupid.
I think it's quite fascinating to follow the development of this trilogy. People were mad indifferent to Begins when it came out. It had relatively decent reviews, but it wasn't being widely considered as a great comic book movie. Begins didn't rake in too much money either, but enough to justify a sequel.
The transition to TDK shows how a good marketing strategy and a memorable character can really change the game.
Well maybe he doesn't like superhero films in general because he finds them too shallow, and he doesn't like shallow films?
Nah, it's way more probable that the guy just wants to WATCH THE FANBOYS BURN.

Got tickets to an 8:15 IMAX (well, digital LIEMAX) on Friday night. I very rarely pay extra for the AMC's fake IMAX screen, but seeing as almost half the film was shot in IMAX, I would like to see the full frame in those scenes, even if it isn't 5-8 stories tall. Plus, the sound in the LIEMAX theatres is just as good as it is in a real IMAX. Now I just have to pray they weren't lazy enough to leave the 3D filter on the projector.
Everyone cares. Everyone except you and me I guess. I mostly find the whole thing annoying though. Every time a review gets posted here, it sounds exactly like the last review. And we can't even read them for fear of spoilers. So what's the point?
Planar, here's another negative:

not counted towards RT but adding it as there is a positive review which is also not counted
