DM has been in the panic room all day, do you think he's coming back?
Consensus among those who have seen it.
No.Is it safe?
Thanks. Better than BB seems a consensus, atleast in GAF. Bodes well for me liking it.
I still cant get over Ebert giving The Raid 1/4

People really liked BB that much? I thought it had some awful pacing.

The first hour is the best edited/paced hour of the trilogy thusfar.

I like TDK more than BB too and so do a lot of people. Its just on GAF, there is a lot of hate for TDK that makes BB come out as a better movie between the two.But I am one of those guys who liked TDK more than BB. It seems many people in this thread likes BB more than TDK.
Aye, if you say so.Exactly what I meant. None exists.
I'm glad to have missed that meltdown. You should have been around The Raid discussions when that review came out. That was fun times.
Yep. That was it. Finally got me to install Chrome which I've been procrastinating doing since I reformatted my computer. Site looks great in Chrome. Totally fucked in IE 9.

WB better not pull this shit. Close to or over 1/3 of the audience will see it over the weekend, they better not waste that window.Midnighters should report if they see the Man of Steel trailer. I bet WB waits til Monday to release it.

I used to think that. Watched it again last night. While it mostly holds up ( the first half) the pacing is too quick sometimes. Characters spit out lines so quickly, there's literally no seeming belief behind them. Just, "spit it out", "cut". Move on to the next thing. The first hour is the best edited/paced hour of the trilogy thusfar.
Wait, what?! Roger...why?!
Wait, what? Why would they do that?
Just got back
SO FUCKING GOOD

And is it just me, or was Gordon's superior, black guy who becomes commissioner kind of a dick to him in every scene? Looks like an asshole.
Thinking about going to the Metreon in San Fransisco, this is my first Imax film, where is the best place to sit?
They did it with the TDKR trailers (at least the first one, IIRC). This is their next big film, won't be a surprise if they do.
Because he's a moralistic asshole and always has been, look at his reviews of slasher movies, he's like Tipper Gore.
Richard Roeper enjoyed TDKR.
4.5 out of 5 stars.

Boy I thought no one would ever ask this question. *snicker*Did anyone see the Skyfall trailer?
are we back to believing the movie is good or a bomb? Its a roller coaster of a ride to Friday.

Solo's plan is to trash TDKR so he can hype Skyfall to hellI'm awaiting Solo's lukewarm review, at which point the movie will once again be considered a failure and disappointment.
