Bane can fight, looks huge, and has great mic skills. AND he has a gimmick with a mask. MERCHANDISE
Vince just had like 18 orgasms.
Okay, so over the course of 8 Batman movies (B66, B89, BR, BF, B&R, BB, TDK, TDKR), we've seen:
The Joker - 3 times (Cesar Romero, Jack Nicholson, Heath Ledger)
Harvey Dent - 3 times (Billy Dee Williams, Tommy Lee Jones, Aaron Eckhart)
Catwoman - 3 times (Lee Meriwether, Michelle Pfieffer, Anna Hathaway)
The Penguin - 2 times (Burgess Meredith, Danny DeVito)
The Riddler - 2 times (Frank Gorshwin, Jim Carrey)
Bane - 2 times (Robert Swendson, Tom Hardy)
Mr. Freeze - 1 time (Arnold Schwartnezegger)
Poison Ivy - 1 time (Uma Thurman)
Scarecrow - 1 time (Cillian Murphy)
Rhas Al Ghul - 1 time (Liam Neeson)
Talia Al Ghul - 1 time (Marion Cotillard)
Need some of the rogues gallery who haven't been given a shot to receive a chance. Black Mask, Clayface, Hugo Strange, etc. Let's go!
Lizard in TASM has scared me off Croc for a while but even though Sandman fucking sucked for the most part, the first time he attacks New York looks great and I think Clayface could do the same thing.
Except you can since BB was the first film and Batman was still learning. He also couldn't turn his head in that suit. TDK focused on how he was constantly adapting, including adding the new neck piece in the beginning. It's entirely feasible that he added some voice masker between the end of BB and the beginning of TDK.

I work in the Applied Sciences dept.I don't remember that ever being mentioned in the movies. When did that happen?
They certainly had more chemisty than Bruce and Miranda.
I remember some pages ago people were saying THAT relationship made more sense than Bruce/Selina. Why is that again?
I loved Selina and Bruce's relationship in this movie. Was adorable in a hilarious cruel way.
"I'm sorry you lost all your money."
"No you're not!"
"You wouldn't hit a woman like I wouldn't hit a cripple."
*hits a cripple*
Their interactions had me in stitches.
Its time for Orca and Baby Doll to get their due!
BTW you can add Zzazz to the list as well.
It's not that difficult to figure that Bruce is Batman. All of Bruce's comings and goings, his physical appearance and disfigurements, all coincide with Batman's. He's the only person wealthy enough to fund that kind of operation. The only reason no one would actually believe it is because no one would buy Bruce Wayne (as he presents himself) being any kind of heroic figure.
Blake can tell that Bruce, as he sells himself, is just a mask. Once you realize that, the coincidences that link Bruce to Batman become more believable.
Sums up how I felt as well. My only major complaint would be Bane's death but other than that it was very enjoyable.
I still REALLY need a second viewing, but right now my gut feeling is BB > TDKR > TDK.
Correct, the voice synthesizer is built into the cowl.

One of my biggest gripes is how Gotham looked absolutely nothing like it did in the previous films. At all.
That sort of visual inconsistency bothers me.
Yup, one of my big problems with both movies. To be fair, the same thing happened from Begins to TDK.
Psh, Crane is awesome. He's great in every scene he's in, plus he looked awesome with his ripped feathery coat.Too bad there wasn't more of Alfred. That was disappointing. Also, seriously, what the fuck, Nolan? No third Batman/Scarecrow interaction? Would have been awesome to see Batman put him in his place again.
Because they wanted people to keep guessing/speculating on the plot/character. If he walks in and says "I'm rookie cop DICK GRAYSON/TIM DRAKE" we immediately know when he comes on screen what his character arc is going to be. Hell, we would even know once he was cast and his character's name was given back in 2010 or whatever.yeah idk why they were too lazy to change two letters in Blake's name, like wtf.
I still REALLY need a second viewing, but right now my gut feeling is BB > TDKR > TDK.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Catwoman. I thought she might annoy me, but I enjoyed her presence every time.
Never doubt Nolan's casting.
Man, you should see him in Bronson. Sooo good. There were quite a few chuckles at the "alligators in the sewers"remark.
overall i loved the movie. there are quite a few holes, but no levels of retardation that was the boatscene in TDK.
i also loved hardy, he really is menacing everytime he's in the shot.
Seriously. I was hugely skeptical of Anne Hathaway. I've never liked ANY of her previous roles. But she really nailed it.I was also pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed Catwoman. I thought she might annoy me, but I enjoyed her presence every time.

Its the exact same cue they ended TDK with. Kind of interesting that BB ends with its own cue, but both TDK and TDKR end on the same cue.
i have, actually. he was awesome in it.Man, you should see him in Bronson. Sooo good.
You know, on reflection, I really don't feel like the final act had nearly as much tension as the previous two movies. I would need to watch all three relativly close together to say for sure but I don't think I was invested in "they might nuke the city" as much as the gas plot in BB or whatever Joker was doing in TDK

The stupid BATMAN FLIES A BOMB OUT TO SEA climax is about on par with The Dark Knight's HULKING MONSTER CRIMINAL TEACHES US TO BELIEVE. Comparatively, the TDK's climax is in no way less silly and cheesy as this.
