The Giant Bomb Quick Look Thread 2

Trying to catch up on videos since I've been a little tied up the last days.

Rainbow Moon... I'm sure there are a lot of people that will enjoy it, but that game looked dreadful to me. I don't think I could stand to play it. I only made it like 10 minutes in before I started skimming the video hoping it got better looking. Couldn't make it... Just not my kind of game.

DCS: Black Shark 2 was mind blowing.
Not only did they land successfully, but they also SHOT DOWN ANOTHER AIRCRAFT?! Oh snap, Drew's getting good now. That stuff around the 55 minute mark was great, haha

Yeah, that didn't sell the game well at all. Neither did the pretentious designer. Props to Vinny for at least trying to get the guy to explain what the fuck was happening.

More like DENIS Dyad

:/

I thought the Black Shark 2 QL was kinda boring.

Bring back Random PC Game and Load Our Last Save plz.

It's missing a big "Drop'em!" slogan, but it'll do ;)

It aint gotta be big

More Vinny and Drew? Aw hell yeah. Probably good they have the group that's best at explaining things too. Endless Space is a bit of a mind fuck when you first get into it.

Did anyone else have problems with the video quality on the Endless Space QL? It kept dropping off for me, which was a real pain because the small text throughout the video became impossible to read.

Bought Endless space after watching the quick look. I'd been on the fence for ages and the QL was all it took to push me over the edge.

Isn't that what quicklooks are for? I guess I would just love to hear Brad or any of the guys share their thoughts on it.

Bar the specialist sites and the guys intro to Dota 2 story on Eurogamer their is a void of chatter around it in the game media.

They haven't done Pokemon Conquest yet? I guess I've been playing it enough that I made up the memory of them doing it in my head. lol

Interested in what parts of Rhythm Thief they end up showing, since there's a variety of rhythm games in that one. Some reminiscent of other Sega rhythm games like Space Channel 5 and Samba de Amigo.

Also, despite the skipping of cutscenes early on in that QL. They seem to leave in a pretty signifigant(From what I can tell) spoiler in at the end of the cutscene on that QL if you read the translated text
