Why? Those are characters of the books. They do not have to be necessary for the game/in the game.

Thankfully the players didn't piss their pants at the sight of DLC in Snipers, 4v4 Snipers on a map like Breakpoint is absurd and we knew it. None of the above

Snipers on Hemorrhage
Snipers Pro on Hemorrhage

Dashboard quit in the lobby on principle. Also I've had guests shitting up my games dropping double digit negbombs on my team. Why are guests still allowed in Team Snipers in what is nearly August 2012?

To expand on this. Why are guest still allowed in the majority of playlists. Limit them down to 2-3 lists max.

Community (Infection/Griffball Mixed)
Team Training (Mixed Objective/Slayer/Action sack)

I like the Mark V and H4's armor, but I never really liked the Mark VI armor.

I just feel it looks messy and untidy. It's supposed to be the foremost precision weapon in the game, its reticle should remain tight and focused to reflect that. Instead it's flaring out in panic between shots. Not a huuuge deal to me but one I'm a little miffed they carried over from Reach.

Either zero or one kill. The game isn't serving them well and it certainly isn't serving me well by putting them on my team.

Its a large factor in why people claim CE was the best halo. Looking back and replaying it its a solid game but it does things well and things very badly like all the Halo games.

Lots of people like "classic chief" and alot of that is because of the nostalgia associated with him. Maybe your reasons are different but for me Mark V is a blocky mess
 
The worst thing by far in Halo CE is the movement.

Even if you run up a ramp, your player will go in the air at which point you can't move.

Nostalgia has nothing to do with it. I simply prefer the "blockier" look. He feels like a guy wearing a super-suit, as opposed to his increasingly unarmored and to me less-functional looking incarnations.

Plus, the helmet is far and away more interesting than the Mk VI.

This is the way I see it as well. Muscle-shaped superhero armor doesn't do it for me.

I liked the slight Buzz Lightyear look.

Haha never thought of comparing them but you're right.

Plus the CEA version, while not perfect, showed he doesn't look that
chunky with further detail.

To be honest if those where the options matchmaking gave me I would quit out too lol.


Pretty funny how MTW gets a multiplayer vidoc out before 343 does. :P So far I think I would rank Halo 4 top of the pre-release videos in terms of hype for me:


Halo 4 - Epic Barn video with even more epic rap.
Halo 2 - Bet you cant stick it.
Halo 3 - Cowering in the dirt, thinking what, you may escape the coming fire?
Reach - Uphill Both Ways.

Just kidding, I know 343 has very good reasons for holding on to the good and not playing theyre cards too early, I am looking forward to when the game goes gold as im hoping for some stuff then.

I suspect that they really enjoy donging on every fat kid they see. Sure they will say Oddball on Swordbase or post a game with bad teammates, but in reality these games are the outliers on what usually seems to be sessions of Reach that an go on for hours.

I don't think it's fair to assume they are just putting up with this POS game just because it's the franchise they have all loved at one point or another. There simply has to be a large part of enjoyment that makes up their time with the game. People have walked away from Reach and avoided it. That's totally cool too.

The people that seemingly hate it and play it every day probably just enjoy 95% of teir time with it, but that 5% sours the whole thing when looking bak over it.

I've completely misinterpreted things and what I just said could be thrown under a bus within minutes.
 
My favorite moment from the Halo 3 games yesterday was sneaking up to the blue base on Valhalla and sticking the sniper with a plasma grenade from behind.

Forgot to say that yesterday.
