The best gun fire shot in tdk was when Bruce was investigating the bullet print in tdk. That sound woke everyone the fuck up in the theater.

Not a spoiler per se BUT a thought about the next movies (do read after you've seen the movie)

Just came back from the theater. It's the first time i've been really disappointed at a movie (as opposed to getting disappointed in games all the time, lol)

Problems I had:

- Many, many, many plotholes.
- Takes too long to take off.
- After the Joker in TDK, there will never be a good enough villain in a batman movie.
- Story complicated, too many new characters.
- Bad acting?
- =/ Bruce was such a lame character in this movie.


I did like the ending. It got me pumped for perhaps a new sequel.

- Bad acting?

I feel the poor dialogue was more responsible for it than bad acting. The pacing in some of the conversations felt woefully unnatural and as a result, the intended emotional payoff falls flat. Such instances included

Blake's first meeting Bruce as well as the last exchange between Bruce and Alfred before Alfred leaves him

. Those were two scenes that I know were supposed to be significant but again, were executed so poorly that it felt unnatural.
