I played against a decent razor last night as NS mid. Almost nothing I could do against him. Everytime I'd go in for cs he would link me and my base movement speed was too slow to break it immediatly, so he would gain a massive CS advantage. In hindisght I should have kept my q to rank 1 and bought a sobi mask just to last hit, but that still isn't the optimum situation.

How do pros lane nightstalker? Seems like he's a weak mid.

I've seen him in sidelane and mid. He's not really a weak mid, I guess in the sense that he can't blow you up like sf and tinker or doesn't have a stun + nuke combo for ez harass. But you're goal is just to whittle down with your nuke, get level 6 quickly, try to get your bottle or urn, hit night, and start destroying everyone.

Yeah I don't think he sucks at mid, I'm just thinking he's more like tiny where he can have some really bad matchups in mid. Here is the match ID: 32016411. Whenever dues and I queue together we always get super vet/pro players :(.
 
Today I had my first game with Jugger and I had a lot of fun. That said, I hate Sniper with a passion. I finished the game with 14 assists and one kill. Guess who stole my kills. Damn it!

Match ID 32257006. Got Ancient Apparition in a SD. Fun hero, never played him before. Took a bit before I got the mechanics of his ultimate down, so I don't really get the opportunity to cross map kill someone here, though I do get Godlike. No deaths the entire game.

Had Tide as one of my picks as well, but the we and the other team were both a bit melee heavy. If it wasn't for that I probably would have picked Tide. Sven (or other stuns really) combos nicely with the Cold Feet stun though.

AA + siren or ck is just crazy tier. Knocking 12% hp off the enemy team + preventing mek + a nice dot is so good.
 
No offense but how is Meeru getting all these GAF accounts? This is like his 8th or 9th one. I remember it took me like a year to get registered on these forums, some people are getting approved after waiting like 5 years. Do they give priority to people with US IP addresses or something?

Almost sure he made a shit load of accounts soon after he got banned. Probably still making some right now.

Icefrog or some Valve rep gives Meeru afew dozen DOTA 2 keys to give to people on NeoGAF, when the beta first came out and when they where very rare. Meeru sells the keys on Ebay for $3000, only we don't know about this. Inspector Reddit busts Meeru and finds a link after he was also trying to sell his HoN account under the same Ebay account.

HoN account is banned by Nome, Meeru is permabanned from NeoGAF and justice is served.

Meanwhile Meeru is making shitloads of ghost accounts from his sleep on the edge of darkspace and each of them has being banned.
 
Guys, what's the best way to deal with Lycan and CK? Having a lot of trouble whenever they come up.

and what's the history behind this Meeru guy? any lulzy GAF threads to read through?

I honestly think Tinker is the best hero in the game, picking him is such a huge advantage for your team.

I posted about how imba he is in the OP characters thread a few weeks back but no one listened to me.

I would probably agree. I think he can have as much, if not a greater effect on the game than Prophet due to Rearm + BTs and other items. I'm also sick of seeing him. Boring as fuck to watch.
 
How do you counter KotL? He just sits there and spams his horses and it takes everyone in the lane down to half health with no friendly creeps.
