Somehow Vince Gilligan has failed you. You're supposed to hate Heisenberg not want to be him or even sympathize with him, lol.
aint no fucking way to hate someone that boss.
He's pure cancer and it's goddamn glorious

There is not, nor has there ever been, misogyny in our Breaking Bad discussion, at least not to my knowledge. I assume that if any misogynistic posts have been made, said posters were quickly banned.
I think it's really dumb the way Walt keeps complaining about paying off Mikes crew. Would he rather they tell the dea everything they know? Seems like he should be taking the issue more seriously than he is. I get that it's meant to be showing him getting greedy but I think it crosses a line into stupidity.
I think he got shot in the head. Chances are pretty slim he survived. Is the kid even dead?
Respect to your view... but people clearly don't see it all the same way as they watch this show, and it happens over and over again, these disagreements.
People have different values... that much is obvious from this thread.
Is the kid even dead?
murder a kid in cold blood
poison a kid
kill multiple people
DIFFERENT VALUES, AMBIGUOUS, SHADES OF GREY
Today's ending was pretty black and white, no shades of grey about it.

It's almost like.. GTA, most video games, gangsta rap, most mobster movies, spaghetti westerns, tarantino, etc.
People seem to be able to appreciate the "heroes" in those. At least every dorm room poster ever would lead me to believe so.
? I appreciate Walt as a character A LOT, otherwise i wouldn't be watching the show, but i also aknowledge that he is the bad guy.
Same with GTA, i have fun playing it, but i don't think Tommy Vercetti is a hero.
Actually I was thinking of the FX network, but HBO could count as well.
Hank is the macho guy who rejects the idea of males expressing emotions, Walt exploited that aspect of him, knowing that he would've done anything to avoid the embarassment of seeing a man cry and breakdown.Good thing that bridge was exactly the right distance from that road so that the train car with the methlamine would be exactly in the place they needed it to be. And what was Walt's plan for bugging Hank's office exactly? Go to Hank's office, start crying about Skylar and... obviously Hank would shut the blinds and then go get Walt a cup of coffee? And it would take Hank a long time to get the coffee? Ridiculous episode. Maybe the worst episode they've ever made.

the heist was pretty ridiculous tbh but it still managed to be really tense anyway

Walt's watch will be his downfall.
Yeah, but still.
Walt's finger prints on the bugging device will be his downfall. Ridiculous oversight.
3) Walt was a decent person with his flaws like many others, with a huge inferiority complex lurking inside him, let most people walk over him, accumulating an unhealty dose of frustration that blew up when he discovered he didn't had much to live.
From there he slowly but surely let his ego take over is decent, human side, cunsuming him away methodically, through countless moral rationalizations and excuses for his progressively more horrible actions that were, deeply, only motivated by his need to feel in control and empowered.
He has now lost almost any last shred of humanity and guilt, he is completely out of touch and is, yes, beyond redemption.
Walt's finger prints on the bugging device will be his downfall. Ridiculous oversight.
The kid had to go.
The Heat reference totally makes sense now:

Leave no witnesses. Todd is Waingro, etc.[/QUOTE]
De Niro's character didn't want to kill anyone though. They only kill the third guard because "what difference does it make?"
Remember that Skylar is a fucking selfish lunatic and it's an expected overreaction from her. In fact she plays the victim card always and always ends up blaming the other person. What the hell is Skylar's problem? The kids get sent away so when Walt Jr. gets all pissed about it she tells Walt, "congratulation, you got what you wanted"? It's what she wanted, It was her idea! What, did she expect her son to be happy about getting kicked out?
