Valve, you pretty much lied to us.

You said the items added to the game would not break the lore or established art style of the game.

You said you would listen to the community. Yet despite these promises, you put a set in to the game, the 'Alpine Ursa Set' which received 3 stars with over 2500 ratings on the Workshop.

This set is seriously terrible and does not fit the game at all. Many others would agree with me.

Remove it, please. There was no reason for it to be added.

Valve, you promised to keep Dota 2 clean of shit!
You promised it won't be like LoL or HoN!
You had your OWN GUIDELINES state items must fit in game style and Universe!

The ursa set is ridiculous, and just plain distracting.

In a team-fight i don't have time to wonder who's under the hat, trying to decipher who a specific hero is, even if only takes an additional fraction of a second.

Ursa looks like a [use your imagination] from brokeback mountain.

Don't play with this community, it'll cause a LOT of damage to your image.

If Valve is going to take the same path Riot took with League of Legends. I'm quitting DotA 2 completely.

As a very old, hardcore DotA player and a long time League of Legends player who waited for DotA 2 patiently I don't like that set any little bit at all.

That set looks really really bad and makes game worse. I don't like it.

I have spent over $50 on keys, boosters, etc. I will not be spending any more if this sort of ridiculous item is where the cosmetics are headed.

Dreadlocks fit the theme of Witch Doctor to a T, the alpine suit however does not even remotely fit ursa.

Basically game hubs filter through various sources (user screen shots, videos, official postings, postings from third party sources etc.). One of the third party websites they filter through probably mentioned "Dota" in regards to talking about LoL, so it was just thrown up there. Understandable, but I just find it amusing that it's the big teaser image.

The outfit screams "League of Legends" to me because of how silly it is. I'm not even sure if it's a lore thing, I think it's more of a design issue. The character designs arent wacky, so when you slap a Cosby outfit on a bear it seems really out of place.

The cowboy hat set is pretty ugly imo (much like the Void green spikes one) that's the only thing I got against it. Of course, I haven't played in like 2 months so I don't know if I should be complaining at all.

Valve have done great job making all these heroes come to life, I don't see reason not to enjoy this part of the whole game.

Also new voice lines of Kunkka killing Tidehunter almost makes me cry. More of these.

Then ask yourself how many Legendary items you've had drop for you. You know, couriers, announcers, battle boosts. One at most? Probably none?

Those are your odds, as this hat is Legendary (rarer that Rare). So basically, if you want it you're either going to buy it from the store or trade a large amount of keys for it. It will not be an easily found drop and those lucky enough to get it will be asking probably in the range of 7-10 keys for it. The chances of you getting it via drop are astronomically low...and those odds get lower every time they add new items. But you never know, I suppose. gl finding it that way if that's the plan.

My first drop in the game was that Axe chain axe. Pretty crazy, but no legendary drops since. Since then I've had maybe 2 or 3 rare drops, but that's out of like 60 item drops.
