The EVO grand final should've been Champ vs Chris G

They played at ECT4, CM3 and EVO (Loser finals) that's three times.

We didn't even get to watch Champ vs Wong since 2011 bro (Canada Cup vanilla). And CM4 didn't count because it was Iron Fist. Bar Fights was w/e since it was first week of UMVC3 and Champ was still soul searching.

I think three times of Chris G vs Champ proved who's better.

When did they play at CM3?

Of those 3 run ins at majors, each of them took a set pretty convincingly, then at EVO it was razor close. I certainly don't think its proved one or the other better.

Why dose it matter how many times Champ played G or when was the last time Justin played vs FC ?

I want to see the two best players going at it, and those are Chris G and Champ.

Good night, salty prince.

You saw it in loser finals and that's exactly what I'm saying.

We've seen Chris G vs Champ and we've seen Chris G vs Justin. We've seen Combo vs Champ, and we've seen Combo vs Justin.

You can't say XXX is the best if there are still tournament winning players out there they haven't beat.

That's why in boxing and MMA there's a difference between champion and "undisputed champion." Don't forget even in a 1000+ man bracket, if you stay in winners the entire way you're not getting much more than 10+ matches. There's were a lot of matches that we will never see so that's why no one is ever consider undisputed champion in AE since there plenty of internationals guys we never see go toe to toe. You saw someone like Eita win SSK2012 and not make it out of pools, then you see someone like Xiaohai who out perform Eita at EVO but not SS2012. So who's better? You can't say 100%.

And Champ just proved he's the mother fucking undisputed champion.

Is Chris G really better than Justin Wong in UMvC3?
For a few months now, yeah. Tournament placing support that too.

Wong fell off when everyone else began evolving their game. For him to get this far, you really have to take in how good his fundamentals are.
