Necros a good snowball character. He's shit if he doesn't have a heart and bloodstoone though.

there are so many other better items

Anyone got a list of the popular dota 2 players' steam urls? It's so that I can get their replays from dotabuff.

I bought a key. Got that terrible Poor man's shoulder for Lone Druid and deleted it for a chance at a better item.
Never again.
Isn't aghs kind of a waste on Necro?I did Aghs, Mek, Wand, Basilius, and Treads.
So The International starts in 2 days, anyone planning to make a thread?
http://www.dota2wiki.com/wiki/Category:Professional_Players not a huge list, but better than nothing.
You'd think someone like Dendi would have more hours. He barely has more than Gabe!
I really hope there is a new trailer, but I doubt it there will be

Up early to help set up for the first day of #dota2ti boot camp. Running on 3ish hours of sleep.
Maybe I've missed it - but DOTA 2 is showing up in all my friend's game lists now, along with being listed in the Valve complete pack. Is this just the spectator client?
Think they'll open it up to everyone right after The International or wait for the holidays?
These are some truly horrifying percentages, 20% Tide though, lol.
They still have to put 18 heroes in, plus various bug fixes. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they didn't release the final version until some time in 2013.
Very frustrating when you see the person who went AFK for a lot of the game win an item at the end. How does that even work.
the only person not eligible for a drop is the original leaver. After the first abandon even if you disconnect your eligible for drops

I'm talking about the guys who don't DC, but just sit in the shop near the well for the majority of the game as soon as they think they're on a 'scrub team'.
Just a point of clarification: will those of us in the Beta be spectating the tournament in the normal game client, or do we need to use the Dota2 spectator client?
Just not real clear atm. thanks.
Normal client, I mean you already can spectate games in there so no reason to switch to the spectator client.
Quick question guys: Is this game in open beta or closed beta?
I remember sending an invite request to Valve, then forgot about it. Was just mucking around Steam and the Dota 2 page said I already own the game. Checked my Library and lo and behold it was there.
Just wondering if Valve entered me into the list or if its open to all Steam users now
everyone got spectator so it could be that.....not sure how to check that though

Probably start the client. If you can't play games then spectate client
They don't really send out an e-mail if you get in.
They did send me an email when I got in, then opened steam and the game was already there.
it was mine as well.Well, I guess time to jump in and get owned and abused by the community. This is my first MOBA
Just checked the e-mail that's linked to my Steam.
I got the invite on July 27. I don't really use that e-mail now so no wonder I missed it.
