“We have drawn Portuguese clubs over the past few years - the likes of Benfica, Sporting & Porto - so we have the experience. After last year we don't want to make any stupid errors this time. We will play our strongest team to make sure we get through.”

As we saw last year, the easier the draw, the worse Dortmund performed. Going by this logic, Dortmund should be first in their group. :P

They're not. They just think being 9th in the Square Bet Premier is acceptable for a team like Nottm Forest. Whatever. He'll get sacked eventually. I know it. He just won't cut it. I do have a proposal from England to manage the national side. I'm thinking of taking it up while waiting for the other job to open up. You can manage a national side + club in the game too, at the same time.

Can't see how it will be hilarious. It's the hardest group in my eyes. So if we finish third with 10 points (like last time) you can't say they didn't do their best.

On the scale of off-topicness, this is pretty low compared to where we usually go :P

Do the other managers have names? You should be able to employ a PI to dig up some dirt about the manager you're trying to oust

Reus is more hyped then him atm. (and rightfully so).
I hope we can adjust to Reus as OM/false 9 in time before the CL. We needed way too long when Sahin left last season. Hope Gündogan finds his form too.

Also you're not getting anyone next season (except for maybe Lewandowski), but Götze & Reus are supposed to have a clause in 2014..

Haha is this question for real? :p You'll be shocked at the level of detail this series has. Not only do managers have names, they have bios, stats. Go look up someone like Guardiola, and he'll have coach stats and player stats from the start of his career.

Seriously, shoot me a PM with all the questions you want and I'll answer right away.

Sort of. New players are randomly generated and when they finish their career, they might take up a coaching career. Seriously, send me a PM with more questions :)

Yes. You can set the game up to be entirely generated with fictional players at the start if you like (thats how I play).

This means A.) You can find real gem players via scouting and you get to discover who the megastars are and B.) Aston Villa isnt shite.

The guy who called us signing Allen and Borini long before either happened reckons that selling Adam will free up the funds for Dempsey, and if we get rid of Carroll, FSG will bankroll the signing of Walcott.

Cam't see Walcott happening, but if it does, I could see him being used as a centre forward/false 9 in this system.

The sale of Alex Song with no replacement lined up has ruined this transfer window for me. I was happy with our recruitments until that totally derailed it.

I dont have any hope of anyone arriving either. So overall I'm kinda disappointed.

Why not? Surely they had to offer him first team play, he was already part of Leverkusen first team.
Wait, Borini and who else is striker in Liverpool?
