Bleeding Cool is the only source right now, so have your salt shakers ready, but the latest rumor out of DC has writer Paul Cornell leaving Demon Knights... and possibly jumping over to Marvel. The book may be canceled or be rebranded as a result.

SON OF A BITCH. If this is true, it's horrible news.

My main problem with the suit are the boring colors, so the big red one I think is cool and the stealth gets a pass becuase it is stealth and has cool lights on the right places.

....did you just refute your own problem with the suits in the same sentence? you like em or not?

I thought DC was giving Cornell a much better spotlight than Marvel did previously. If those rumors are true, I wonder what convinced him to jump fences again.

Just got my latest shipment, Irredeemable vol.10, scud:The whole Shebang and Batman:Prey. Holy fuck is Scud huge! I bought it without looking at the number of pages or its weight. Cost me and arm and a leg to ship here, though =(

Anyways, Irredeemable. The ending was nice and unexpected, though
I'm still not sure if Tony deserved redemption after all he did. Also, it kinda reminded me of All Star Superman's ending

So Cornell the last big name to jump ship?
I can't wait until we have 52 books split between Dido, Johns, and Snyder.

Didio's 17.3 books will be cancelled and Jeff Lemire will take over, yo.

This cover is 90% crotch.

Demon Knights is good and all, but what about Saucer Country?!

Actually read things before freaking out. The article says saucer country would be unaffected. That makes sense because if his objection is editorial interference by way of "do X to keep up with the continuity of this other book," well, that bit of interference doesn't apply to a vertigo book.

A man who goes through the effort of having genetically superior bodies cloned for himself probably makes sure that his crotch is pretty awesome as well.

But does the carpet match the drapes? Does he manscape each of the bodies? These are the burning questions.

But it's so...flat.

I imagine he's like a ken doll. A really evil ken doll.

Anyone read Marshal Law? That deluxe edition is tempting with the barnes and noble buy 2 get 1 free sale.

I got my 100 Bullets Deluxe vol 1 used copy in the mail today, a few pages had water damage at the bottom but overall for $11 no complaints. Except the thing i just complained about.

Wringing your hands over a BleedingCool rumor is quite pointless. Dude fishes for hits all the time.

Hell, he lies about why Paul left Stormwatch in the article. One of my besties has been close with Cornell for years having been a huge part of the Dr Who Gallifrey convention and heard from the horse's mouth.

Giving him hits is like fellating Satan, but not as rewarding. Don't do it.

What you getting tomorrow, o' ye lord of butt?!

Fatima the Blood SPinners #4
Maybe Ghost #0
Shadow #5
Oh crap! New Dan Brereton art book?! I'll try to get that at Fake Mid Ohio Con.
Godzilla Half Century War #2
Peter Panzerfaust #6 (need to drop)
Atomic Robo RSA #6
Atomic Robo Flying She Devils

A volume of Yotsuba by inferior weeaboo translations is also slated too. I hate that company so much! :/

Translate into English properly first, then worry about your aspie Japanese dialect nonsense after that. Grrrr! Pisses me off to pay for spelling errors when these jerks are slobbering over fuckin' keikakus!!! Why you ruinin' my Azuma <3 brah? :(

I always have to give a Bendis book a shot because he is so utterly hit or miss for me. I've said it before but on one hand he wrote one of my favourite books of all time, that is Ultimate Spider-Man (pre-miles). But on the other hand, I haven't been as into him in all his more recent endeavours.

That and the premise itself is shaky as fuck. I'll check out the first 2 issues though.

Good lord my pull list is tiny this week, just Justice League and Green Lantern: New Guardians. So glad we're finally getting a full issue devoted to Billy!

Liefeld said Legion Lost, Blue Beetle, Grifter and Frankenstein are being canceled. Fucking bastard.

Oh well Amethyst comes out tomorrow and it looks like pure sex. The preview quelled my fears of the art.

None of those really surprise me. I'm surprised Legion Lost, Grifter, and Frankenstein lasted as long as they did honestly.

If Liefeld isn't just talking out of his ass, wonder what new books we'll get to replace them?

The only decent one on that list is Frankenstein from what I can tell. Blue Beetle, Grifter and Legion Lost are all comics that I won't miss. IMO.

Legion Lost was doubly bad-not only was it no fun, but it drug down Legion of Super-Heroes as well by splitting the team in half.

The one on the cover is bad because of the colors, then on the sketch there is a red version of it, which I like. The stealth one is good despiste not having colors because it has a nice design.

I haven't read the post-Lemire Frankenstein yet since I do trades, but that's unfortunate. I dug that series. Felt like Hellboy, but without a decade of stories I need to read. (I really want to dive into that universe, but all those books are daunting for my wallet).

Also, Lemire using the character in JLD now probably make DC's decision easier :/ Sucks for Matt Kindt, if this is true.

Totally agree. That suit was awesome. And the Peter Parker reveal was great. Too bad it was retconned. :(

I dunno how I felt about the reveal, but MAN Jonah's reaction was legendary.

AvX Ending Speculation:
Cyclops lives (probably forgiven) and is allowed near children again.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. That second cover is BOSS.

It has Jean Grey. I have no choice.

Is it Jean or just "Jean" from "the past"?

i liked the last two story arcs of Frank a lot more than the first one, which seemed a bit simplistic and dull. I guessed it was going to be canned by reading the solicit for December's issue, the final Rotworld tie-in issue, along with Frank joining JL Dark, which is awesome.

What the fuck--Frank is being cancelled? This is horrid news, if true. Dude, what's up with today? First the Demon Knights slight scare now this Frankenstein cancellation bullshit. Jeff Lemire was great on the title by Matt Kindt's run is stellar. I just want Kindt to continue writing Frankenstein in some form. Also, Rotworld is the longest event ever. Ever ever.
