Muted the stream because I didn't want to listen to the tournament commentary, turned on Fanatiq's stream for alternate commentary. Turns out they're having a debate about the Combofiend incident.

Feels bad man.

I'm watching on 240p as well and the stream is laggy for me. I think that's because of my crappy internet though, it usually is.

So why don't people have a problem with the FGC players dropping the N word compared to the F word?

Combo said the F word (the one that refers to homosexuals) referring to some food while he thought the mic was muted. Then came and apologized on the stream for using it.

Man, Combo isn't bigoted. He just wasn't thinking about what he was going to say before he said it. It's a fuck-up. He's a good guy, and he'll probably figure it out in a couple years that whatever aesthetic reasons he has for using the word aren't worth feeling shitty for using it one time too many, in front of people who won't appreciate it.

Almost everyone alive has moments where they use words they don't really mean because they don't understand the weight of them.

It was pretty much the worst thing anyone has said in the history of the world. He should definitely be facing a fine, expulsion from commenting on matches ever again, or at the VERY least an EVO red card.

Even Combofiend tried to pull the context argument, but that's no excuse for using that word. Didn't hear Skisonic comment on that though, missed that.

He made a poor-timed, lame joke using an offensive term (and not really in a hateful way); craziness ensues in the stream chat. Strange how few mind when people use the n-word on stream (I forgot, that's OK because they end it with an -a instead of -er).
