US Town Hall Debate |OT| When is the election? What are the names of the candidates?

I'm leaning Obama in this election, kinda hoping he dominates this debate to solidify how I feel about him this go around.
 
I demand to see a Rocky style training montage of both competitors training for the debate.

Watching Kerry get under Obama's skin and Mitt practicing to be able to sit on a bar stool will be amazing.
 
whats a good place to see this streamed? last debate I used some random youtube channel that was really good (and which I should have bookmarked)

I'm really tempted, im with her on a lot more issues than Obama (drug war, etc) but i do favor elements of Obamacare that i dont want lost to a Romney administration.
i'm debating vote-trading with someone here on GAF for her, as i too live in FL.

this is kinda bullshit, though.
everyone focused on us when Gore lost, while nearly half of all eligible americans didn't turn out at the polls. those disenfranchised voters are the problem, not people who aren't happy with a 2 party system and seek another option.

I think Romney will win today. Obama would have had to prep for every possible answer to a question, not just ones based on Romney's campaign plans, and people don't care enough to pay attention if you point that out.

Talking about how Romney can respond to abortion: "I mean, there are all these billboards around, saying 'Mitt Romney is too extreme', and this is his chance to say 'no, that stuff that he's saying about me, that's not true'" and this guy says "but it is true, he'd overturn Roe v Wade" and she responds with something like "but this is his chance to say that it isn't"

If I was sitting in the audience for a town hall I wouldn't dress up for it. All these guys are wearing suits. Kudos to that one guy I spot wearing a polo shirt.

I think you could take the question one of two ways: either it was an incredibly astute question asking for the President to link the debt with the real impact on real people, or it is a really dumb question. Her follow-ups seemed to indicate the latter.

Before they show you the woman, I thought a little girl was asking.
 
I really hope the Architect in the back gets to ask his questions about the candidates stance on the black goo from Prometheus.

when does he ever "bring his balls" though? He's going to be No Drama Obama no matter how much his base tells him to go in attack mode and his opponent will spontaneously self-destruct ultimately. That's how it always plays out.
