Bullet casings roll down hills. The game had an insane level of detail we still don't see in games today.

If they've got their Xbox set to Widescreen in the dash settings, that's gonna change as soon as Halo 2 starts up - it does a vertical splitscreen on widescreen instead of the horizontal split. The vertical split gives you an FOV of like 45 degrees, it's ridiculous.
I remember this. I had to change the xbox dash setting to 4:3 TV at the time so that my roommates and I could actually play the campaign. none of us could deal with that vertical split.
I think we then used the TV stretch controls to further stretch the 4:3 image with the two screens stacked on top of each other. not the most ideal experience.

I don't really see why Extra Life exists as a separate entity to Child's Play either, but it's not exactly a bad thing.
Beat the first goal before it started. Beat the new goal within a couple of hours, haha. I hope Tested's 24 hour cast doesn't suffer for it. Donate to both!

Yeah I remember that.
That video is a great reminder of how much further ahead of all other console shooters Halo was at that time.

The multiplayer was great as well. It was an injustice that it was a year too early to be on XBL.
Still bums me out anniversary edition didn't have H1 multi, would have bought it.
