The fuck? Why would anyone think Romney "passed the Commander in Chief" test according to CNN after seeing this debate?

Are they high? They're high.

Eh, that's not really contradicting what he said. It says he wanted them to shed debt and restructure, hire new management etc etc.

He basically said that just now in the debate.

It's very important to understand the context of the economy in 2008-2009 with the notion of a 'managed bankruptcy'. Global credit markets were frozen solid, businesses were bleeding cash in virtually all sectors due to massive business expenditure drop-off, everything was basically still in freefall. There was no capital for an orderly bankruptcy into the hands of creditors interested in restructuring the companies, no route to reformation, only deconstruction and strip-mining of intellectual assets and leaving all the heavy industry to basically rot. Unless the government stepped into provide loan guarantees as part of that bankruptcy restructuring, which is exactly what Obama did.

CNBC saying Romney has the momentum and even MSNBC has resorted to criticizing the moderator.

Hope PoliGAF didn't blow it's load over nothing again. Was only able to catch the end.
They definitely did. Obama was better, but not enough that casual viewers would really be affected.

I can't believe Romney actually tried to claim the Navy is at its smallest since 1917 and the Air Force since 1947. WTF.

NPR commentator: This was like the first debate in reverse. Romney had to agree with Obama to distance himself from neocons.

ABC/YouTube: Hard to tell who won. Derp.
