The soundtrack alone should retail at $14.99. This game deserves every penny it's priced at and not a cent less.

I don't know if that's the word I would use. I keep shaking my head whenever he talks about the stuff he buys, whether it's lifetime subscriptions for an MMO he will never play, Skylanders, Game Room or cars.
Still, it brings me entertainment so I guess I can't complain.
I don't think he's bought one yet, but the examples he gives always seem to be some expensive sports cars.

While I don't want to assume too much, as somebody who has contributed to a Youtube channel that does video Let's Plays, how Youtube handles copyright infringement is a bit of a minefield at the moment. It's very much a "guilty until proven innocent" sort of place, and to make matters worse, there is an increasing number of people out there (in my experience, usually Russian) who are claiming copyright on video sources they very clearly do not own the rights to in an effort to squat ad dollars off of your videos.
If it happens too many times in a row and with extreme enough severity, Youtube will suspend your partnership privileges with little warning, and since Youtube does not actually have any formal tech support, if this happens you are basically fucked with no way to re-partner with Youtube on that channel ever again. The only option is to start up a new Youtube channel and cross your fingers that it does not happen again (here's an example of this happening to somebody else).
If I had to guess, these videos are being yanked from Youtube because of the same copyright reasons I just described, and GB would rather take a "better safe than sorry" approach in order to keep their Google Adsense.

Will has talked about this on the Tested podcast recently. They've even had videos taken down for using royalty-free music that they've purchased the right to use, all because some local news channel claimed to own it.
Man, there need to be harsh counter punishments for anyone who falsely reports infringements. That's the only way to get this stuff to stop.
i think YT recently implemented a better method of reporting videos. i forget what they said but it was a recent policy to try and stop false positives.

Hyena's have been really dangerous this year. Bump their stats up.
