Ask Cheska for an objective opinion. She picked up a copy of the trade because I won't shut up about it.

For me it scratches the Kirby Kamandi itch that nobody else is scratching.

Hmm, you have my attention. Talking about Orchid right? I'll add it to my list.

I loved the hell out of the first volume of Kamandi. Totally psyched about the next release in December.

I'm kind of approaching Prophet as a weird, serious sort of Kamandi riff.

Mike Allred draws flat and boring art. Come at me.

What a god awful story Halloween Eve was. No wondering couldn't get published. Glad I only bought it for the art. And Bedlam is chill baha, Image has another hit on their hands.

Is Bravest Warriors any good for someone that loathes Adventure Time?

If you didn't say "OH SHIT" at the last couple of pages of that Justice League Dark annual then you haven't read it which means you are a stupid person. Lemire has been on goddamn fire and you are missing out.

is it stand alone or do i need to have read the others. i did not care for the milligan run

Would anyone recommend Mark Millars Fantastic Four run? I'm just getting into the FF and I bought #554 off Comixology and it seems pretty good. Hows the rest?

I hope they omnibusize (?) Jonathan Hickmans run.

I would recommend it. I enjoyed it quite a bit. The last arc wasn't that great but I loved the rest it was probably one of the best FF runs ever and Hickman basically continued off of Millar's work.

Agreed on both points. Hickman uses quite a few characters and plot points from Millar's run.

Ya, but Hickman's take on most of those characters and plots were a lot better than the same stuff in Millar's run. Like all of his books, Millar's run was more flash than substance, and most of the characters acted like assholes. It wasn't a horrible run, but I think a lot of people have done the FF better in the past 20 years. I even preferred Claremont's run.
