Let's talk fast food.

I don't know what it is, but unexpectedly the fast-food restaurant that I never walk away full of regret from is McD's. I have no idea why.

Chick Fil A's Spicy Chicken sandwich is better than Wendy's, but I don't think we're allowed to promote CFA on GAF anymore because of their moral stances so stick with wendys...
 
I officially can't enjoy Taco Bell anymore. I hit a breaking point when I got a soft taco in a paper wrapper that was all wet and greasy, with bits of paper sagging off and falling apart. Then that Taco Bell taste. I dunno what else to call it. It's just hitting me the wrong way now. I despise it.

Taco John's on the other hand is awesome. Two soft tacos that don't leak? Check. Deliciously greezy potato o'lays with a side of nacho cheese and oh mah gawd, YES.

I should not have opened this thread...now I'm going to get a burger tomorrow at my over-priced campus Denny's.

Damn it GAF.
 
Any of you remember a fast food restaurant called Flakey Jakes? You would order your burger at the counter, then go to a buffet line and you could put however much of whatever toppings you wanted on it. The cheese was hot and melted. It ruled. You could customize your burger in any way and load it with toppings.

Sounds like Fuddruckers. They won't exist in a few years either.
 
Wow! Just had a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's and it was amazing. Y'all were right. That was damn good. Actually had a spice to it as well.
 
hmmm what are y'all's opinion on fastfood seafood?

definitely some of the smallest breaded shrimp ever :S

I do like long john silvers though.

Anyone ever try the popeyes crawfish platter thing they have occasionally?

Long John Silvers is something I get a craving for, think to myself "Why the hell haven't I eaten there? It's amazing!" Then I eat it, remember it contains the grease of 12 pounds of bacon and recall why it had been so long.

yeah, don't see them often in GA, so I rarely go.

but battered fish deep fried in bacon grease...

Try ordering a McDouble with mac sauce and shredded lettuce; minus ketchup and mustard, on a quarter bun.
Same thing, minus the middle bun, only way cheaper.
 
I like the spicy chicken strips at popeyes and the biscuits.

They used to have these small sandwiches with the chicken strips too, those were good. Not sure if they are still available.
 
I am a Pizza aficionado. I love going from one Pizzeria to another, trying out Pizza's and see which ones I like the most. Here in New York City, there's obviously a lot of great stuff here. I still need to find the best pizzeria here.
 
Personally, I think Chick Fil A's spicy chicken sandwich is overrated and tastes weird. The batter is one of the best parts of the original CFA sandwich, and the spices are not what I'd consider to be that great.

Wendy's spicy sandwich, on the other hand, is a gift from the gods.

Have you tried it with lettuce/tomato/and pepper jack cheese? The original trumps the spicy by itself, but when you add those toppings, the spicy becomes superior.

These guys finally opened up a location in Minnesota, now we have a Checkers, Popeyes, Canes, FiveGuys and Chik Fil A, just like the cool kids.

Now waiting on Whataburger and In and Out.

I've never heard of Checkers, but that looks pretty good to me.
