Its not the RAM. Its because it keeps re-connecting to the Nintendo Network every app load.
Seems clear its not all knotted together yet. Which it hopefully will be.

Why all that stuff takes ages. The console is constantly connecting apps to a server individually as oppose to apps loading it through the already online OS.

I'm hoping this is temporary and Nintendo is just putting out what it needs to put out.
Its not a RAM issue.
