Not a single thing, those consoles are dead.
:*( ..... Oh well back to ZombiU.
Not a single thing, those consoles are dead.
It's more like a forum--you don't need to know people in advance to be connected. Boot up your console, see a bunch of people you've never met and have immediate access to what they're saying about games on the system. Have a thought about a game you're playing, share it with the world in a few steps, get responses from strangers.
It's like a never-ending Wii U-centric Twitter feed with bonus pictures and screenshots. I would be really surprised if something similar doesn't make its way onto the next Xbox and Playstation systems.
Ugh I totally caved.
No ugh dude. You'll have fun with it. Dont let the forum drag you down.
This is a joke right?whats out for the 360/Ps3 right now thats worth playing?
So like Skype? Or Steam messaging? Or Xbox Live?
What's the secret sauce, the presentation?
Ugh I totally caved.
This is a joke right?
Why would it be a joke?

Was at work last night (book/magazine overnight merchandiser) and I noticed the guy working the electronics department at the store (Fred Myer. It's like a smaller, local Wal-Mart) was setting up some gaming displays and adverts. There were already 6 Wii U's on the self (4 white/2 black) and he was in the process of bringing out another 10-12 from backstock (a mixture of the two bundles, didn't get a count). It was kinda ridiculous/surreal to see that after hearing so many stories of it being sold out in places. A quick search online shows that literally every Wal-Mart and Target (where available) within Anchorage, Eagle River, Wasilla, Juneau, and Fairbanks (Alaska) has both units in stock and apparently Fred Meyers does as well (not sure about Gamestop, would have to call or go to the store). Alaska is a goldmine for Wii U's atm...no one's buying them up here apparently.
P.S. - Guy also wheeled out like 50 Xbox Kinnect bundles so I guess that's what they're expecting to be the big seller during Black Friday.
Yep. And freak'n get some friends to play Nintendoland. Those three chase games had us laughing and entertained for hours. 5 hours straight playing those games. Doesn't matter how many times we play them, just passing the gamepad and wii motes around is fun. Mixes up the strategies.
H8rs don't spoil my fun. =)
With that RAM, not very...
I assumed you were joking too. There have been a plethora of great games released for Ps3 and Xbox 360 in the last 3 months.
This whole "Sold out" era in gadgets is quickly fading, even the iPhone and iPad are quite easy to find these days,
2 consoles released almost at the same time'll be a hard thing to sell unless they release a limited supply. If the 720 or PS4 releases on its own next fall(meaning the other comes out 2014), it will be sold out for a while. A lot of next gen demand built up right now and with the way 3rd parties talk, lots of next gen game supply built up as well.
What is it that makes the Wii U a fucking blast to play? What does it do that's more fun then last gen consoles like PS3 and 360?
Wiipad dies after 3 hours. Party averted.

Oh yeah, still I think it'll quite difficult to see another "Wii-frenzy" with any console in the future.Try reading that again.
Not to mention the PS3 lineup for 2013 actually looks more promising than the Wii U's so far.
Still in stock right now. I wonder if it will even sell out again, probably will.
Yeah that's fair, it's why I said "not to mention" (despite actually mentioning it). I'm not saying the Wii U isn't cool, just that it was silly to say that it's cool because there's nothing to play on the other two. This isn't surprising. Nintendo hasn't talked about anything beyond its "Launch Window" and Sony has been talking about their 2013 games for some time now.
I hate it too, but we'll have to wait and see what Nintendo has for later. Pikmin 3 and Rayman Legends are obvious highlights.
Plug it in. What?
You underestimate GAF =pIt lasts long enough. I don't see people playing on their consoles 12 hours a day. lol

Yeah, that works during a party. "Hey, lemme plug the main controller we're all using into the wall. Try not to trip over it or pull it out of the plug." Party!
Most people don't even know this exists yet. Wait until the Shopping Season officially kicks off...then we'll see how much Nintendo ramped up production
