The CBS is super rare. A girlfriend paid $100 to have a bottle of it shipped to me. I don't care that much for the KBS either. Too much of an alcohol forward taste.

Yeah, I had it at GABF at one point, and I found a judge bottle of it at a GABF after party I believe.
Voters will have to justify an Oregon team that won't have won their division or conference to avoid an all-SEC MNC game. That'll get lots of people rooting for ND.
Our D had been decent in the red zone. Hard to go for it on 4th and 7 like that.

An all-SEC game involving a team that also won't have won its division or conference. Despite all our bitching, I don't think that'll have any impact.
UF lifelong? Human polls don't work that way, and there's no room to move up in the computers. Unless ND's skid stops above Oregon, which seems unlikely.

Just to make sure you know, Bama/UGA has no relevance for Florida's BCSNC shot. Neither does the Texas A&M/Missouri game. Nor the Texas/KState game. Maybe the ND/USC game, I'm not sure. I just want to tell you both good luck, we're all counting on you.
The computers have loved Florida all season though. I still don't see Oregon jumping them even if they win the Pac 12.

Ah, I see. Still, a Stanford win would likely help Florida just as much, since I don't see Oregon having much of a chance of jumping Florida without a win in the Pac-12 CCG.

I'd like to see that game. I'd prefer ND/ Georgia though..
Again, they don't need to jump them in the computers. They just need to gain relative to them, which is likely because UF has little room to improve in the computers. They will move from 2 to 1 if ND loses. Oregon has more room to move up and likely will after beating OSU.
Yep, I would be excited to see that. At least ND would be new blood. Didnt they start playing football six years ago?

I like the tone of this conversation. If you get a chance, ODell Mountain Standard Double Black IPA is quite good. 9.5% too, packs a kick.
I dig Founders' brews. Their Centennial IPA is super fresh hop tasting.
I've been sucking down New Belgian Ranger IPA, Lagunitas Little Sumpin' Wild, and some homebrew Bell's Two Hearted clones to try to not get too emotionally invested in the damn Badger loss again. It's not working.
Human poll strength. Florida is iffy if Oregon becomes #2 unanimously or close to it. There's also that 'SEC vs. SEC' thing that voters may come into play.
Funny if it comes down to Oregon and Florida though and neither win their conference title.
That is just all kinds of wrong.

I have four cases of Breakfest Stout, and four of Terrapin Wake & Bake to last me through the spring and summer when i can't get either of them.
They do graduate 97% of their football players, the highest rate of any top 25 team, by far!
Florida will be #1 in the computers if ND loses and there's no guarantee Oregon will get anywhere near as much leverage through the human polls as you're assuming.

Bottom line is our defensive gameplan was ass. We gave OU whatever they wanted through the air as long as it was 10 yards or less, hence the fact that Landry Jones had 71 passing attempts. Infuriating as hell to watch.
Even if we win next week and Texas loses to KSU, we're probably in the freaking Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl. Disappointing.

I dont think the voters will want it but despite that the human polls should become even tighter.
It all depends on how you feel about:
Being in the BCSNC game without winning your conference, but playing your conference winner.
vs.
Being in the BCSNC game without winning your conference, playing against some other team, while your conference winner plays in the Rose Bowl.
To me, the former is preferable.
My Grandfather graduated from Notre Dame. I still hate them with a fiery passion.
I don't know how much a win over UCLA helps Oregon at this point if ND loses.
They're kind of ceiling'd out computer-wise although I guess it could put them ahead of Notre Dame in certain computers.

What are you talking about? Oregon is already ahead in the human polls. The point is that they can catch up, relatively speaking, in the computers. They're close enough in total BCS average that a relative gain in the computers would jump them.

I'm a big fan of their Breakfast Stout. Never tried the Terrepin Wake & Bake yet. Will try to change that.
Fan of Coffee Stout? New Glarus in Wisconsin makes a mean one, and Bells Java Stout is very good, but it's 16 bucks a sixer.
Now, why aren't they showing that goofy ass Standford tree dancing after the TD?
Maybe you guys are right; I hadn't really thought about it that way. Going to come down to the slimmest of margins, in any event.

Is this actually correct? Like the maths have been run? I ask because I'm curious, because I don't know, we don't actually deserve a berth in the MNC game, and Sagarin is a noted SEC homer that might put us over the top.
