Amazon, lost my package, their first suggestion after admitting this was to cancel my order and order from one of the resellers on Amazon......for 300.00 dollars, BUT they said, they'd waive the shipping fee...................
Had to talk to a manager to get them to issue me a replacement, though they have no idea when they'll restock. Mind you this is AFTER the first customer service person told me she GUARANTEED it'd be there Saturday evening, and then the next one GUARANTEED it'd be there today. Took a long time saying well if it's on the way why does UPS have no tracking for it, for them to admit the package must have been lost. If the first customer service rep would have just admitted this, it would have still been in stock and I could have gotten a replacement, forcing me to wait and wait and wait, and then saying to just cancel instead is not the way to handle this.
I'm not seeing the great customer service people claim Amazon has.
